I had a verbal contract when mine was built, with three progress payments, but I lived next door and was there each day. I ran into town with a shopping list to fill for them when they needed stuff. I kept it flowing and them honest ... Lol
We live off 30K PHP per month and even save some. Admittedly, we have no mortgage/rent as we built our new home on the 1000 sq m we had. At the same time, we bought a 3 hectare farm to grow rice. Cheers, Simon

yes its cheaper...just downloaad the Starlink app and you can see the difference between US price and Philippine Price but normal Philippine Internet is cheaper

@ Cainta Rizal. In the Barangay of Santo Domingo. Everything that I need is walking distance. SM Hypermarket, Medical Lab, Dentist, Spa, Laundry, Market. Hospital is 1.5 km away. And there’s and immigration office about 4-5 km from where I live.

BTW what area do you live in Kuya ? "Old Dog" was supposed to be having a House built But 5 month's later Only the foundation trenches have been dug so far. And he had a contract which states in should be complete within 2-3 more weeks

I bring $5,200 monthly to the table and live a completely western lifestyle in Cebu with frequent trips back to Florida.. No need for an SSRV or spouse visa as the tourist visa resets every 5 months when I re- visit Florida.
