Its something that can be taught but its better for you to fully understand on your own. This prevents being corrupted by a different persons personal opinion.
But the gist is, everything is one and the same. The separation between "you" and the air you breath, the trees you see, is an illusion. You are those things, you are "me".
Meditation will lead you to this esoteric knowledge.
