Not sure if i understand. When you upload the pics and make them available to the client to view, they now have the option to download and/or share them. What keeps them from downloading and not paying you? Or do you put a watermark on the pics and you just didn't show us in the video? I've seen ppl post pics with watermarks printed across the image, so i guess there's no foolproof way of avoiding it?
few things to address your concerns: get paid before shooting or delivering the files. You can watermark them There’s password you can put on the downloads or you can completely disable the download all together. People can still screen shot it I suppose. I suppose if that ever happened we wouldn’t shoot for that client anymore in the future is only thing you can do. I give people benefit of the doubt. Haven’t had any issues thus far. Fingers crossed 🤞

I've had the same issues with clients tagging me on facebook after they've downloaded from Pixieset and the quality is nothing close to the original. What's the preferred way you would suggest clients to download resolution wise for Facebook versus print? I just hate shooting on a $4000 camera and they upload to something that looks different from what the album is.
I’ve found the full resolution works best for me. I shoot sony a7iii compressed raw for weddings. I find file sizes are not that big enough where Facebook will compress it heavily. However bigger file sizes and higher mgpx cameras I would say put resolution at 2048x for Facebook and Instagram.
A silly question: a client pays for your photo shoot before they have an access to Pixieset. Than they get an access to all the photos via Pixieset, which are edited and in jpg format. So you mean the can choose the limited favorite photos for ALBUM, provided by whom? The Pixie set company prints it and they pay to the PIXIESET, correct? Other than that they have an unlimited access to sent and share ALL pics and link. Correct me, if I m wrong. Thank you!
Sorry I should’ve specified I use another company for making albums. But it helps me see which photos the couples want by having them make a favorites photo list. Company I use for albums is. Kiss.us
