It's a bunch of reasons: - There are Harajuku Fashion Walks all over the world now, this is just the original one. - People left or joined us at different spots. - Some people were too shy to be filmed. - During the walk, you can only see the group directly in front of me, not the whole team. - June is exam season for a lot of Japanese youth. - It was super hot (33 degrees feels-like temp, with 100% humidity and blaring sun) - Some other months, you will see more people.
I’ve always wanted to get into hararjuku fashion, like sweet Lolita, but my parents are super against it. I guess I have to wait to move out in about a year to try it out!

Apparently what I heard is that the Harajuku Fashion Walk people can no longer go to that particular back street anymore coz one of the shop owners there complained. I heard there was police and everything called. It’s really f@&¥ing sad since Jun commits his time on a Sunday to host the walk.
Kiera Hohne Nooo! :( Seriously? Have you got a source? That seems strange since this Harajuku Fashion Walk has been going for 6+ years, and as far as I’m aware Junnyan is affiliated with the Moshi Moshi Box which helps promote Harajuku.
Well, I participated in the HFW in October and we didn’t go near that one particular back street. My friend who attends the walks often told me. I was also in Tokyo in April and also attend the HFW and there was no problem going to that particular back street.

Hopefully somewhere equally quiet where you could have a chance to chat without getting stopped by tourists all afternoon.
