I choose to believe that Smough is actually incredibly slim and lanky under that armor and that he only wears such an absurdly oversized set for intimidation.
Like, think along the lines of the mimics body type.

Ornstein is captain of Lord Gwyn's royal guard and the 4 knights of Gwyn, Smough is Gwyn's personal executioner and torturer, he also happens to be a cannibal, so basically ornstein is a legend and a leader who is now alone to defend an empty throne with a deranged psychopath.

I want a mod where it's only fighting The knights of gwyn and smough all in 1 boss room and the only summon is Solaire and when you fight Gwyn he resurrects the spirits of his knights that are one shot and do little damage so he can deal out big damage
It would be fun and tough so that's why we would need the metal versions of the themes except for when you fight Gwyn
