How to Fix a Mercedes Convertible Boot Separator

Thank you so much for this fix you made it look very straightforward as I have just got the car and was wondering why the ski shelf was so lose and have sent for some struts can I ask do you have to leave the engine running while opening the roof half way ? Thank s

Glad it has helped, we have had no problems at all since making this fix. No you can turn the ignition off as soon as you have got the roof open as much as you need.

Thanks, glad we helped. I think we got the new struts from eBay for about £25 and it’s made the world of difference
