- Harley Sportster 1200 Custom 20k Review on the Dalton Highway. So I made it through the Dalton Highway and am going to be heading South. I just hit 20k miles on my Sportster while going on the Dalton Highway and thought it would be the perfect time to review it. I'll leave the link to some of the other TH-camrs down below.

45 -60 MPH on a gravel road You Da Man ! On a street bike with street tires. That must have been a epic trip.
I'm also based in Florida. West central in the grass lands.
I bought a 2019 iron xl1200ns. I have to ride 7 miles of dirt road to get to my house. You're good to romp on it and break the ass end loose on that surface. I also take it all through the ocala national forest trails. It's really good off road. Its rained for a month straight and we have some pretty serious flooding right now and it goes through water/mud good as well. I've had it for 3 months and put 3k on it. Awesome vid.

Thanks for the video... You mentioned needing clutch work... what's it doing? I own a 2010 XL1200c and have read about the clutch spring plate sheering rivets at around 15k miles. I'm real happy with my 1200 (I got it used with 5k miles on it in March of this year). Keep your face in the wind and two wheels on the road.
