    Just the note -- the "rpm" (rounds per minute) is not the universal unit for the centrifuge spinning since the rotor diameter can differ and then the applied centrifugal force as well. It is better to use "rcf" (relative centrifugal force) or "g" which counts with these differences and so is more accurate.
    But anyway, the topic is summarized very nicely in this video, thanks for it! :)

    In the organic method, why did you add liquid nitrogen to the sample first and not EDTA?
    Besides, you never talked about liquid nitrogen as part of the reagents to be used before you started.

    can you please tell, as proteinase K is enzyme(protein) and proteins are organic in nature... how is the method inorganic?

    Why we add TE buffer at the last part ,and in last step after the purification which reagent we have to add in it and wich wavelength we read it for identify the concentration of dna in the solution ( for protein kinase k)

    hello.. great video btw! But where did you read the materials presented? Did you read them from a textbook or from a journal? Can you please specify it? My professor asked me to study DNA extraction methods but I've been having trouble finding a credible source :(
