Vibrants did it tastefully. I got 4 on my n54. Kinda quiet. But minimal drone. Nice idle.
Just did a f30 n55 with Catless and 2 resonators. Sounds 👍🏼. Similar setup that I have on my 1.8t build. Best turbo back setup universally imo.

Sounded much better than expected once you mounted the Vibrants. Straight piped wasn't terrible, but I'm curious what a pair of Carven R mufflers might have sounded like in place of the Vibrants....

Cuz 3rd catalisator - it's like resonator in that config.
I had delete 3rd cat and leave root mid resonator, cut rear single muffler 👍 2.5 v6
I can respect a nicely tuned loud but CLEAN sounding exhaust. Regardless of actual number, it just screams performance and its something I'd choose over a straight up delete EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!

Str8 pipe not bad but the vibrant definitely dials it in, a lot of ppl(especially new age car ppl) just need to hate anything non mainstream or v8+

both sound good, i prefer the vibrant but to achieve the best sound, i would go with borla mufflers and a borla resonator and delete the stock resonator. that will be chefs kiss. but either brand is good with this set up.
At low rpms the vibrants sounded good but at high rpms it did that same annoying noise free flowing v6's tend to make
3 converters suck. The Vibrant sounded better. Not all straight pipe vehicles sound better. But that’s just me. My personal opinion.

That’s very true. But the quality parts that’s made by Japan.
Difference with TRD vs Regular V6’s are that the TRDs are lighter with light weight racing wheels lighter 4 inch cat back exhaust system, sport suspension and more downforce. Out the box the cars are pretty close but the TRD will pull pretty hard due to it being lighter than the more luxurious trims of v6 Camrys.
I have a 2008 G35S HR sedan as a daily right now. (Bought for 5k) Ive ran a TRD Avalon and Camry I was disappointed because they weren’t as quick as they look. The Camry had exhaust mods and an intake the TRD Avalon was stock
@@e46m54nissansr20937 there’s always something out there faster. Lol to me the TRD is pretty quick/fast. Check out my drag racing videos from the youtuber call out events. But I can agree with you it definitely isn’t as fast as it looks. I’d be perfectly happy with 380+ hp since it’s so light. Or just more torque but you can’t have them all after all we buy Toyotas and Lexus for reliability.

V6s get a bad rep, most American V6s y’all hear have unequal length headers which give them a gross sound but a lot of Japanese cars with V6s have the headers equal length. My friends 3G Mitsubishi Eclipse sounds really good with just a muffler delete, nice and deep and similar to a GTR, but my Grand Prix with a V6 as well sounded like a wet fart when I did the muffler delete due to the unequal header lengths. At idle it sounds like a V8 but any revs sound horrendous
I always wondered why the early 2000s V6s had that nasty/horrendous rasp compared to Japanese V6s. They must’ve switched to equals in the newer years of the American V6s.
Thissss so many people say V6s and all 6 cylinders sound bad, but most Japanese sports cars sound great old Supra, 350Z,370Z, GTR, BMW in-line, Porsche, VW with their VR6 engines sound soooo good. Yes some 6 cylinders sound bad but I don’t think people realize how many cars have 6 cylinders and sound great.
@@Khi.252 even the newer American V6s still have them surprisingly. I’m a lube tech at ford and every Ecoboost, even if it’s a transversal or front facing it still has unequal length headers which is why ecoboosts have a deep tone

A question I have a v6 honda accord coupe with double exhaust outlet that they recommend me to add 2 vibrant resonators or only one before the 2 exhaust outlets.. what I’m looking for is a slightly more aggressive sound that is not annoying at low revolutions
It would of sounded better with a borla s-type, or a carven in the center. And deleted the 3rd cat.. the set up sounds 👌
