    nothing to be ashamed of. sometimes you win sometimes you lose, that's part of the job. the most important is how you get from it and do you use this loss as a tool to improve. remember that those guys do that shit since they're 8 years old.
    Take some rest, don't come back too early and definitely work on what needs to be improved.
    Keep your head up.
    We still support you, we still on this hype train, we ain't going nowhere !

    I know hindsight is 20/20 and I have less fights so I'm not really in a position to judge, but just as constructive criticism here are my thoughts if you're interested.
    You as the longer fighter should establish and control the distance, with your lead teep, and counter a heavy puncher with knees and elbows.
    Once the opponent respects the teep and starts reacting to it then it can be used to setup everything else, knees, elbows, kicks.
    In this kind of match up, punches should be the lowest priority in the arsenal.
    Defensively what was the first punch that caught you and rung your bell was the lead hand trap into the cross, there last measure should be Dracula guard, but the objective should always to keep the distance, or close it into clinch and use the advantage there as the longer fighter, the close to mid range is where this match up is the most dangerous.
    You showed strong spirit, I will commend you for that, keep your head up, learn & come back stronger. 💪

    @mickybender7726 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    You have my respect that you do not only show the moments where you shine and you are victorious. There is a huge takeaway from that defeat: first of all your hands need work- offensively and defensively. Your hands are all over the place when you throw punches and when you are attacked. Get familiar with the concept of long guard! Most important jab,jab,jab and the 2 as a follow up shot has to have some meaning,hence you have to be able to crack someone with that combo. With that height and reach difference,thta guy should have never been able to get into half distance- punching range, without investing heavily or paying the ultimate price. 2nd thing, your front teap is non existant! You fake it, but you never throw it. Huge range keeper and together with a jab you can play,fake it to keep agressive fighters at bay and break them eventually to finally walk them down and launch your knee attack. Eventhough he is not a Muay practitioner per definition Semy Schilt was a master in this during his reign at the K1 grand prix.Good luck for your future path!

    Hate to see it but love that you’re doing it, get back in that after rest and more training. A tip for your long length that may work for you; when being pressured with flurry of punches and you guys are in the “phone booth” strong post with you jab, leaving out as a barrier with the palm showing and pivot the left or same side as the posting hand and you may be able to counter with a kick to the body or better a kick to the head and make him fight his way back into range. Best of luck from America!

Some help carry oxygen through your blood. Testosterone won't make you big if you are doing lots of cardio. You need to lift weights to get big. So just because someone is small and skinny does not always tell you; 135/145 lb athletes have been caught using steroids and they are still small. Some fighters from my gym go to thailand to do their cycles. just wondering as it's a widespread issue. It is very easy to flush the substances out of your system before a drug test.
