I wasn't even looking for a review on this jacket. I was trying to find the Rev'it Nitric 3 H2o. I watched the whole video and I was in stitches laughing and it was incredibly informative and entertaining! Keep posting these! "Fill your booty" I died!!!🤣🤣🤣 good job man!

under sleeve in the wet and cinched up on the jacket is the best way to go.

The back pocket is for storing the removable thermo lining. Great video though, keep on!

Thanks for the review. I was actually looking for reviews on the Rev’it Horizon 3 H20 pants, but found your review generally helpful for the quality of this jacket. I look forward to seeing your follow-up review. Would you say that the size was what you expected it to be (i.e., "true to size")? As a fellow Beikokujin rider in Japan, I also appreciated your recommendation of FC Moto as a reliable place for buying gear. It's frustrating trying to find quality gear in stores in Japan and end up searching for hours on the net when I would rather just go into a store and try on stuff. It's hard to do that.

Fits perfect to size more me. I’m a larger in amarrocan gear and in this, size chart spot on.
Japanese riding gear is always a bit low quality in my experience. Komine feels like it can pass even single A rating, rs taichi maybe single A. And they dot make non race leather anymore. I have to import everytHing but helmets

Awesome review buddy! Would you recommend it after some initial use? Does it hold up to some rain? And what about the quality, stitching holding up? I'm very curious as I'm holding off on buying one.

Gets warm at 22°c. Hot at 25-27 and above.
Water proof even through major storms.
Some stitches came off the sleeve in the first week or 2, but other than that, seems like it will last atleast 2-4 winter, spring, fall seasons.
Not a summer jacket, but I live in Japan (30-45°c is normal).
My only concern is that even though it claims to be ce AA rated, it is so soft that it feels like 1 crash is trash. Protective but trashed.
To be fair I'm comparing to a klin jacket at 2x the cost. For the money, yes I'm satisfied

You should really spend the extra few dollars and get the Rev'it back protector that is made to fit the jacket perfectly. That SASTEC is a very good protector BUT not in your jacket. It's too small for the pocket and is leaving you with no protection at the top of your spine.

Mate, hes wearing an airbag vest as well...how far do you want to go???

@@cunningpunt I missed that bit. No need for the back protector at all so 👍 k

    • @KairyuRider
      @KairyuRider  ปีที่แล้ว +1

The sastec was uncomfortable because it’s too small.
Reternered it’s and found the Revit one for an extra 15$.
For the 1% of the time I don’t have the vest😅

How long can HORIZON 3 stand under average rain before leaking? 1h? 2h?

So fare I don't get wet ever. Been just over an hour in constant rain. But no leaks to note
