I don't get the Alien Romulus hype, I think it's because most of the franchise is so awful that people have lowered their standards so much and they're like well it's not as bad which must make it really good. It's a movie that will quickly be forgotten.
I forget: Is that the one with the black goo, the crawling facehuggers, the humanoid alien baby monster, the alien head inches away from the heroine's head, or the one with the android Ash? 😅
I agree… I thought the cgi on the robot was horrible looking.. it was a decent movie tho.. just not amazing like ppl make it seem… Starting to see it praised more than Dune pt.II as ridiculous as that sounds…

Oh Adam, I’m really surprised you put Deadpool and Wolverine in your top 10! It’s not a bad movie by any means, but top 10? Really? There are so many better ones out there!

The only one where I disagree with almost everyone is Dune part II. I just thought it was okay. Part 1? Fantastic and really was a top ten movie. The look and special effects were just mind blowing. BUT the problem was Part I really told the most interesting story and was the "best" part of Dune of the novel. The second part just reminded me why I never loved Dune. And the final battle was three worms appearing and boom over. They really took their time showing the first battle where the Atreides lost and really set everything up. The final battle felt really rushed. And despite everyone saying so ad nauseum, I just never really saw how Paul was "conflicted" about being the Messiah, at the end of Part II he seemed to be completely fine with it and always was.

I’ll give a watch haven’t seen challengers yet but didn’t look interesting at all and zendaya always looked like a lollipop to me me( big head with no body)
The Substance was good until the end.It was so over the top I was laughing.Kinda ruined it in my opinion because the movie had a serious tone then felt like a corny 90's monster flick.
The Substance is #1? Moore's character has no reason to continue once she realizes she's not actually experiencing/remembering what Qualley's character is doing. I don't know how you (and all its many fans) can look past such a major plot hole/issue like that. Kinda ruined the movie for me.
Didnt care much for Deadpool. Best action was Furiosa. Dune 2 was so much better than boring Dune 1. The substance. Wow.. it was good but it was so horrific I had to skip parts of ending. It was beyond horror Sometimes its just so bleak like The Counselor
I've become such a cliche, the only movies from 2024 I've seen are Deadpool and wolverine, Beetlejuice, Twisters, Red One, and that awful movie with Adam Sandler in space.
Okay, I understand we all have opinions on films. I had to stop the video at 9.20 and write this; Prometheus was a massive disappointment in 2012. What a terrible movie. Alien Romulus was average and got worse at it went along.
Bruh, you gotta respect the production value and put Nosferatu at #1. I get that you didn’t vibe with the movie, but come on it deserves the top spot for its production value alone. And let’s not forget it’s directed by Heggers, the Kubrick of our time. Honestly, this choice is low-key disappointing. I thought you were about objectivity over feelings, but this? Feels like you trying to be contradictary just because.
Adam has some against the grain opinions which I can find frustrating too but that's what I love about him. It's his list so he can do what he wants and it's a good list anyways
What? This is my personal list. How can I be contradictory? Also, the production value of a film is just one piece of the puzzle. Why would I put a movie I didn’t like as my #1? Nosferatu barely has a story. The acting is comical. The vampire wasn’t scary or even interesting. We have virtually no information as to why he obsesses over one woman. I couldn’t connect with a single character. I felt nothing watching the film. Objectivity only takes art so far. That’s why it’s subjective.
@@BlackCatsXVII what matters the most is whether or not Adam enjoyed the movie or not. So are we suppose to put Joker 2 on the list because of the pretty cinematography and performances? What kind of a shit is that?
I respect this criristm but to suggest he didn't put in his top ten because of his feelings and not liking Nosferatu for any other reason then it just didn't hit him like others is I think a little much. Adam has been doing this for years and to question his integrity and suggest he just went against what everyone else felt is I think misguided and unfair.
Saw Smiles 2. Liked it. Unlike Trap, this had enough singing and better acting. Nosferatu was good. I know she hated Nosferatu, but why the 180 and make out with him to save the world? You can’t fake passionate kissing and sex with something repulsive. Gross. I liked Saturday Night. Spot on impersonation of the cast. For Alien Romulus, it’s no Alien Seriously? Dune 2 sorry, but Timothy isn’t believable as boy into man story. He still looked like a boy when he became a leader, even with the baritone scream. I saw Challengers. The only time I think tennis is watchable. Have to see strange darling. Thanks for the reco. The Substance was good until it went off the rails in third act, like gore porn. For me, movie would only make sense if Demi’s character was able to be the younger other self and not a separate person. Why would you want to be young and not be in the young body? This is a Twilight Zone episode. Be careful what you wish for. But only if Demi’s character was able to be conscious in her younger self, but when she breaks the rule, her younger self grows more hideous. Then, she realizes she was beautiful all along. But now she’s a grotesque creature. I am old, so I don’t see kid films.

Adam, you can't do a "Top Ten Worst Movies of 2024" until you watch "Reagan." It's bad enough to take the top 3 spots on a worst of 2024 list
Also I can't wait for the worst of list!
Two boys one cup!!!!!😂😂
2:21 🤯
My thing with Romulus is why does the Alien come through the body so fast now?
Dude challengers? One of the best movies of the year?! Really?! Didn’t see that coming at all
Strange Darling was alright. I think people hyped it up too much because it was different.

Having Alien Romulus on your top 10 list is like putting Matrix Resurrections or Trainspotting 2 on it. Barf.
When will Adam drect a movie?
Deadpool was the worst disappointment. The thing is that it made money and the 4th will be even works. It is a shame. The first 2 were awesome
The wild 🤖 🤖 best 🎥 ever
Alien Romulus? It was like watching a forgettable cover band and Challengers felt like a CW show trying to be edgy.
False
It wasnt that bad, but not a far off comparison. It wasnt a really good movie. Seemed like AI copy and pasted the original movie

Dude how about a spoiler alert? I was going to watch Heretic tomorrow but now I guess there’s no point.
He didn't really spoil the movie. There is so much more he didn't say. You should watch it. It's good.
Challengers Adam?! Wtf?!
2025 is the death of the 2:53.
I predict Trap for #1 on the worst list
13:25 I’m sorry. I may be one of those douchebags trying to get the last part of the ice in their large drink. But I only do it during really loud parts lol
People are big mad the you didn’t place Nosferatu as your top of 2024 😂
It is.... an OUTRAGE!!!!
1. Dune Part Two
2. Challengers
3. The Substance
4. Furiosa
5. Romulus
Please do the WORST 10 MOVIES,OF 2024 ALSO PLEASE- absolutely hilarious to hear you roast this expensive garbage
Adam if Red One is on this list I'm unscribing lol, no one is putting it on their best list. It shouldn't be on the worst either cause it's a 250 million pile of sh*t everyone should forget about 😂
I’ll give a watch haven’t seen challengers yet but didn’t look interesting at all and zendaya always looked like a lollipop to me me( big head with no body)
It was beyond horror
Sometimes its just so bleak like The Counselor
@@theworld5937 agree with everything here
I enjoyed Saturday Night and was disappointed not many people got the chance to see it. Same with My Old Ass, from writer director Megan Park.
Adam Hates Art
I've become such a cliche, the only movies from 2024 I've seen are Deadpool and wolverine, Beetlejuice, Twisters, Red One, and that awful movie with Adam Sandler in space.
Spaceman was my second favorite movie of the year haha. I thought it was amazing!
@brooksploskina5161 to each their own 😄 my favorite movie last year was the Marvels, this year Deadpool
Okay, I understand we all have opinions on films. I had to stop the video at 9.20 and write this; Prometheus was a massive disappointment in 2012. What a terrible movie. Alien Romulus was average and got worse at it went along.
I consider myself a movie lover, but I found Challengers so boring. Completely overhyped; I predict it will be re-evaluated negatively in the future
Are you for real?? 🤡
Challengers was dull and boring. Wanted to walk out. Surprised I didn’t. Played on my phone for the 2 nd half. It’s ok theater was mostly empty
Unfortunately the final 20 mins almost ruined the substance! Way too over top!
I don’t get The Substance-I thought it was well made but utterly stupid.
Challengers though? 🤢 Can’t believe it made the cut.
I don’t like Dune… and I don’t know why. But I don’t.
Alien Romulas ???????
-25 in Respect. Thumbs down 👎
Beside the Robot film the rest are junk and you should get paid to watch them cause life's too short and time is money.
Anora????
Anora is better than all the top 3 combined.
I didn’t see it 😢
