I am even more impressed with your riding skills and your positive attitude after watching this. Seeing you ride over the 6 series in so many challenging situations and pressing on is impressive. I tip my hat. Well done.
Anyone that has ridden a bike, especially off road knew you had to of dropped yours more than a few times. The type of roads you travel aren't easy. It shows just how talented and mentally tough you are in these cases. My hats off to you young lady. I'm glad I stumbled across your channel. You've helped me get through this quarantine. Thank you for sharing your life with us.
Noraly you are one of the most inspiring motorcyclist I've ever seen on the internet. Initially, I would have to say I viewed your channel with a little detachment as there are so many "adventure motorcyclists" on TH-cam these days. The fact that you are a photogenic young woman with some good sponsorship and I again, initially thought it was all for the "likes". I was however very wrong. When I watched your post of having a flat tire and changing it on the roadside, I said to myself "wait a minute". I have been a life long motorcyclist and I know and have done a roadside tire repair and it's really no fun. You had such a great "Oh well" positive attitude and real grit to fix it. I had to be impressed with your knowledge and fortitude. These days the vast majority of "Adventure motorcyclist" spend a fortune on massive machines with all the bells and whistles before they even leave the driveway. Lord help them if they ever got a flat beyond cell phone coverage, where they could call for roadside assistance and whip out the credit card. I tip my hat, you are the real deal. You ride in the spirit of adventure and rise to the challenges that arrive. The additional difficulties of being a woman alone on the road, in cultures that subjugate women only make your travels more remarkable. I hope you are well and taking this unusual time to spend time with your family and when the time is right again, plan the next adventure. Anyone who watches your channel should have a deep respect for what you do, and feel an intimate connection to the love of motorcycling. We all hear the whisper of adventure when you throw a leg over a motorcycle, but only a few will follow the call.
The water rushing across the road... I'm glad you're still alive! The WORST is when you're tired, frustrated, but know regardless of whether you go forward or back, either require the same amount of endurance and risk. There is really no option other than forward.
Well Noraly, There are 2 kinds of motorcycle riders: Those that have been down And those that are going down. PS. Bonus points for your ability to never swear!
Actually, as a former motor cop, I'll state that there are two kinds of riders, those who understand that Speed+Distance+Reaction Time=point of impact or point of escape/avoidance, and those who just buy a bike and think they can learn as they go, e.g., they shouldn't be on a bike at all if they ignore training to acquire skills. @@captainbilly9443 I do anesthesia for a living. I'm constantly having to take continuing education courses. I've taken Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) at least 15 times in my career. You might attest that most career fields that are critical to survival of oneself or others will require recurring recertifications. I approach my motorcycle riding very similarly. Every time I buy a new motorcycle I try to take it through an Advanced Rider Safety course.
Wow! As a former log truck driver in Washington State USA, I thought some of the "goat trail" logging roads we hauled logs off of were bad! You were so brave to cross that washout, Noraly. I dropped my Harley Davidson Softail Deluxe 4 times, involving various combinations of gravel, pavement lip, and too slow speed. Thank God for my crash bar/engine guard, and my (now ex-) husband during those times, who cursed more than I did but picked my bike up for me LOL. Once on a three-state solo trip, I pulled over into a big gravel parking area along a scenic river in Idaho to take a picture of the whitewater rafters. I did not realize how soft the gravel was and when I got back on the bike I could not get it upright because the kickstand had sunk down so deep. I had to flag down some passing motorcyclists who helped me out of my predicament. I never even thought to unload my luggage and gear to lighten the load instead of waiting for help! 🤦♀️ I am 65 but when I grow up I want to be just like you, Noraly. You are such an inspiration to ALL motorcyclists. Sending love and best wishes to you! 💕👩🦳

thats the thing, you said you complain a lot but youre not complaining, you're sharing and it must feel dreadful sometimes, I mean you've experienced extremes: extreme altitude, extreme weather, etc. I know you always want to focus on the good parts and show us the good but this is human, this is real...you have the camera and you know somehow there is someone listening and rooting for you so of course you share your struggles. Sending you hugs
This is exceptional. You are an exceptional person. I think you made a mistake in your philosophy that you wanted to focus on "only the positive things" that happened to you. Your mistake was this: You regard the crashes as negative, as things that say bad things about your riding or the adventure. The fact is that seeing these crashes and the scary challenges that you overcame is what reveals how exceptional you are. I had no idea what you overcame before this video. You rode past a truck, inches away from a cliff. You rode solo on steep roads that I would not think to take a dirt bike. I am in awe of you. I ride motorcycles. I'm good. And I want to be you when I grow up. Listen: In music, we create interesting sound by creatively combining tension and release, and we create story by doing so. You are a remarkable woman singing adventure at a high level. A video that includes only the bright moments, the "release," the good parts, the "positive" as you call it, is music that is missing a crucial component. When you resume your adventures, sing the full song. If J.R.R. Tolkien rode a motorcycle, he would have written about you. I think you're an amazing woman. Please...no...I command you to stay safe, and thank you for your work. By the way, seeing what you have for breakfast, and lunch: That's soulful and good. And must continue.
I am so glad you shared the "behind" the scenes takes of your videos. It's so encouraging to see that everthing doesn't always go as planned and it's amazing to see how you've grown as an off road rider. Many more safe kilometers and exciting adventures in your future!

I've done trips like her, I've fallen down like her but there were my biker mates to help me up always. Noraly does all this in solo trips. WOW. That's terrifying to me.

now it all make sense @Itchy Boots ; the scratches on the Jerry tanks; you mentioning the knee guards as well as the engine guard serving their purpose; preferring soft luggage over hard case particularly when taking them off and on the bike after a drop; and at times you appeared really tired ending an episode. Wow, what an, impressive video.. I can’t believe you’ve still got such a positive attitude about off road adventure biking. I’ll bet that after a long day of slipping and sliding in all that mud and gravel on those steep hills.. the bike feels like it weighs 2 tons. Much smarter to stick with a smaller more nimble bike like Savannah. That flash flooding river crossing where you could easily have been swept over that cliff was insane. I hope you’ve got good life insurance and that your agent never sees this video. Thank you for sharing this adventure and for the beauty of all those less life threatening ones.

Your bike fell over dead, but you breathed life back into it! You survived attitude sickness - even at those high altitudes! Faught off ice, endured the scorching heat, were blown away by truck dust devils and peed on by thunderous clouds! You bravely crossed the "Brown Sea"! You were attacked by Chile dogs! And nearly stopped in your tracks by unwieldy protesters. You are truly amazing, AMAZING woman!!!
I love that you have the courage to show all your “mishaps”, how many bikers watching have been there and done that 🤭 the river of mud across the road in the mountains gave me chills again, it was a tough decision to make under the circumstances, not sure I would’ve had the courage, smart decision to walk it first. Really enjoyed this video, two thumbs up 👍🏻 👍🏻
Is it only me that find it strange that she almost never uses the bikes horn, EVEN WHEN THE SUPER ENTHUSIASTIC DOGS CHASE HER, which could end up being pretty dangerous while you are aiming only to throttle away from him when he actually sprints even harder and comes right in front of your tyres ... I have had an accident like that not because the dog was chasing me, but because it was chased away from a food stall by someone on the side of the road, and the dog came right in the middle of the road when I must have been at 60KM/Hr speed, well the usual happened the bike got damaged and i had to visit the hospital, anyways the best way to Avoid super enthusiastic dogs is to trump them even before they get excited, which is when you notice one on the side of the road USE THE BIKE HORN, they would get the message and sulk if it's the first time they are being treated that way, or if you are lucky they would sulk anyway because they hate loud disgusting noise ... I have used this amazing power to silence a pack of dogs aiming for my foot ... They just kept staring at my bike like, What the hell, that just spoke ! 😂😂😂

Maurice, that were a lot of words, but none wasted ;-) I share your appreciation!
The water rushing across the road... I'm glad you're still alive! The WORST is when you're tired, frustrated, but know regardless of whether you go forward or back, either require the same amount of endurance and risk. There is really no option other than forward.
Well Noraly,
There are 2 kinds of motorcycle riders:
Those that have been down
And those that are going down.
PS. Bonus points for your ability to never swear!
Allen, your comment reminds me of a line from Clint Eastwood in the Western movie, The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.
It's not IF.....but when.
THIS!
I am 65 but when I grow up I want to be just like you, Noraly. You are such an inspiration to ALL motorcyclists. Sending love and best wishes to you! 💕👩🦳
Ahh...
you went through all those things and yet you never stopped smiling
Cheeriyo cheerful lass😃
Wow, I was scared on my couch I can't imagine what you went through right then! And you still kept going, my highest respect!
What part?
“When we fall down, we get back up”. That just sums it up. Very impressed, young lady !
...and you never said the "F" word once ......... RESPECT.
@@mviv6339 like bömpje or what? lmao
@@mviv6339 Beleave me, if i had a dog attack like biting me on a bike i would have used the F word as a Dutchie :) in Dutch and many other languages hahaha
Deepest respect. And i know you want to keep it positive, but this is what comes with it! Thank u u shared this! trots als Nederlander!
i think in her case it would be more like "verdorie" :)
She says 'Oh my God' in those situations.
Fiddles?
After watching this video, my respect for you has grown exponentially. You are Jack Cousteau, Amilia Erhart and Magellan all in one. Thank you.
thats the thing, you said you complain a lot but youre not complaining, you're sharing and it must feel dreadful sometimes, I mean you've experienced extremes: extreme altitude, extreme weather, etc.
Julian Lavreau agree!
I agree... its not an adventure if everything goes smoothly...
The best thing is when you fall, most of the time you get up laughing. Thats one thing to learn from you Legend.
I’ve told my kids I hope they become as good a rider as you, both spiritually and mentally. Lot’s of respect ✊
I am so glad you shared the "behind" the scenes takes of your videos. It's so encouraging to see that everthing doesn't always go as planned and it's amazing to see how you've grown as an off road rider. Many more safe kilometers and exciting adventures in your future!
If you don't mind me saying, you have the biggest balls of anyone I've seen on this platform. As a woman and a new rider, your content is immensely inspirational to me!
My Super Woman rider is human after all. It's hard to regain ones composure after a hard fall. Glad to see you had the "inner grit" to continue.
Is a Himalayan tough?
Why yes it is!
Is Noraly tough?
Why yes she is!
This is your PhD in motorcycling!
Congratulations on passing every single challenge always with the strength of riding back on!
The more you ride the more you learn!
Thanks for sharing your great experiences with us.
A hug from another woman, sister.
🙏🌞😁🤗💖😀
You are a woman warrior with a heart and attitude of a Saint, Noraly. Much RESPECT. God bless.
Wow! You’re one tough biker! Doing those trips alone and this is what you consider complaining? Not many would dare to ride in those conditions even in groups. Respect!
aslong as you have plenty of gasoline cans, phone reception, first aid your good. Not many could afford to travel as much tho.
Strong mind, strong will, made of the right stuff
Noraly, you've a great mentality, you keep riding with all of that obstacles, what a great person you're 👍😉
Gotta hand it to you kid, you're one gutsy girl. I don't personally know any guy who would ride where you're riding. Including me. My respect.
I've done trips like her, I've fallen down like her but there were my biker mates to help me up always.
Noraly does all this in solo trips. WOW. That's terrifying to me.
You're the real meaning of "fantastic woman". I was so emotional watching your videos 💓💓
do a "most interesting people you have met" compilation next!
noirdesire great idea, and why not include it in the regular video
Anche io sono caduto con la moto, qualsiasi motociclista è caduto con la sua moto, a presto.....brava brava.
When you fall, you get back up - a simple quote that can inspire everyone, everywhere. Lovin' these old vlogs Noraly.
Wow! I was so anxious watching that, even though I obviously knew that everything would turn out ok. It's amazing that the only serious injury you suffered was the burn on your arm, even more amazing that the Himilayan(s) were tough enough to withstand everything which was thrown at them. Wonderful stuff. Stay safe.
That river crossing looks scary. You are brave lady.
Oh, how about that silver mine episode. I'd say that it was very, very, very brave to go in there.
u r dammed brave itchy boots☝️☝️☝️
She's totally crazy...
river? have you seen river at all?
@@r_apex that was worse than a river, it was really dangerous and let's not pretend it was not.
Noraly your a gem. I think you should include these clips as they happen it adds to the show, and you don’t swear or curse what a good example.cheers from Oz.
I've ridden in the American West, northern Mexico, southern Spain, and northern Thailand. I just re-discovered this channel, and have seen about 10 videos. They all put me back in that wonderful place of adventuring. Now I want to do it again
O dear ...crossing that riverflow was madness... i was yelling "don't do it" ... happily you survived.. 😊
Yes it is true
If at all she would have a fall
There was no backup and the water current was danger.
Thank God she managed to cross.
Really brave. Respect 👍
That was terrifying! She is one courageous woman!
her guardian angel was watching over her

Crashes... cold... few oxygen... crossing water courses... facing pervert motorbike dogs... no help nearby... Wow, what an adventure!! Congratulations!
“Pervert motorbike dogs” - is that anew gang or something?
You are brave. The snowy mountain pass, and the flowing landslide took a lot of guts to do such things.
I just watched this video. You have nothing to be ashamed of. We all go through falls of different types. You are a very strong & tough woman. You've been all over the world & have done things that many dream of doing but never get to do. So for what it's worth, you ROCK. 👍🙏🤗
My respect for RE building quality just rose significantly.
Tyres 50/50 Don’t do it off road their useless
now it all make sense @Itchy Boots ; the scratches on the Jerry tanks; you mentioning the knee guards as well as the engine guard serving their purpose; preferring soft luggage over hard case particularly when taking them off and on the bike after a drop; and at times you appeared really tired ending an episode. After watching this video, for me, with much respect, you are truly Wonder 💪🏻 Woman! Thank you so much Noraly! 💖😀 Take care always! 👍🏻
Never sell this bike, just saying it is a true friend, always forgiving and never gave up on you even though that many drops and always been there in need of times, iam glad you and the bike made it safe. It is like that bike has a soul and was watching over you. Magnificent journey of a human with an Adventures soul and a machine as a friend!

"When the going gets tough, the tough gets going". After seeing your video, i believe this famous saying suits you well.. May God bless you, sister. Look forward to see more videos.
Thankyou for showing the "other sides". Logically we know there must be another side. Everyone that does anything has "other sides". I call mine "engineering defeats". You do a good job of covering yours up on each video. Thankyou for having the self confidence to show the "other sides".

Noraly you are amazing...we never imagine all things happen to you, always smiling and optimits, this video show us all danger adventures in your trip all around the World...i admire you Noraly and realy hope see you in the road soon...God bless you. I LOVE YOU, WE LOVE YOU!!!!
The scariest, trying to pass a truck with a steep cliff to the otherside. My heart was pumping hard.
When a right foot 'dab', was non-existent, for hundreds of feet... down ;
That’s awesome crazy shit right there 😅😎
i was pissing myself. lucky she got a decent truck driver and not one of the i-dont-care-my-truck-beats-your-bike-maniacs...
I just love your laughter, it takes a lot to ride these terrains and have crashes. I love your spirits all the way through.
WOW HUGE RESPECT! Keep on Smiling Noraly you make the world smile right back with you 😁👍

My muscles got sore from watching this! Goed gedaan Noraly!
I find pretty awesome how - after various hundreds of kms and severe wethere/road conditions - you drop your bike - or fall alongside with it - and pick it up, smile and spread a lot of positiveness, nevertheless.
You're a superwoman and a superbiker!

11:15 Crossing those mountains and 11:45 that river was brave

I remember the border crossing into Kyrgyzstan. Cold, snowy, icy, muddy roads. But what astounded me the most was how the “roads” between the borders of neighboring “Stans” were totally unmaintained! Making those roads the scariest I had seen in your journey on Dhanno. Now those were the scariest in my mind.
She still had Basanti in Kyrgyzstan.
Dhanno was her new bike for the American journey.
Part of the reason I love this woman. Gets up (or warms up, or patches up) and keeps going. Nothing but admiration for her.
i've seen a thousand offroad-adventure-videos on the internet and none of these made me want to go offroad travelling like this one.
Thanks for sharing the tough side of touring.
Hats off and huge respect for your skill and determination !!!

Respect is the only word and feel comes to my mind whenever i see your videos. how can someone be so passionate towards anything like you are towards your biking. Really hats off. Visit India once again if you can.
It's not only Noraly's courage that amazes me but also her good naturedness. I'm amazed at her patience and understanding during instances of communication misunderstandings and even misogyny. Even when she's tired and hungry, she doesn't go Karen on anyone.
In a world where everyone is trying to look like the next Rossi, on the road (instead of the track), or Ewan McGregor on a big Adv bike, you're just doing your thing way beyond the rest os us... That's admirable and inspiring!
I love to ride, but I'll never be this fearless! Nevertheless, your adventures make me want to go further and farther!

With 'most memorable' goes 'scary' as well. Makes the travelling story more complete.
Definitely missed seeing these during the episodes! Part of the reality of the trip and riding!
Oh! Also, another thing I miss in your videos are the things you learn along the way! I watch not just for good times and pretty views but for the hardships like accidents and what you learn. In [S1 - Eps. 63] RESCUED IN IRAN you say that you learned how to tell the difference between a bad clutch cable versus clutch plates - well how? I don't know! Would love to learn with you.
Yet as I'm saying this you start talking about why you think they went bad (the risers putting tension on cable) - well that was satisfying! :) So I guess you do share that stuff. Hehe.
Dropping a bike on bad roads is part of the adventure, nothing negative, the dogs are scary though
