I have no intention of ever moving to Orlando and yet I love watching your videos brother. They are so well put together and the downtown was awesome I just did one of a historic neighborhood in downtown West Palm Beach same cool charm and proximity to some neat new restaurants. I love neighborhoods like that. Big props to your editor and videographer for doing an amazing job.
Ken, love these vids, brother. Finally coming home. Can't wait. Going to check out Wynton Marsalis at the Dr. Phillips Center. Cant wait to get classy. What a great time to be our age and in a growing city with it's own organic culture. Thank u for these vids.
I lived in Lake Eola Heights and Thornton Park for over 20 years. I moved away back in 2018 and am missing it tremendously! Hoping to move back to my old neighborhood as soon as I can! Thanks for this one, folks. 😁
Loved this video! Thank you for highlighting these wonderful areas. I’ve been living downtown for almost 5 years now and I love it; first in Lake Eola Heights and now in the Milk District/Lake Lawsona area.
Could you say any constructive opinions to someone who is considering moving to Orlando from the north? i travel back n forth between the US and Europe, and considering having a US home base in the south, and just researching now different cities. Is it true that Orlando doesnt ahve that much issues with hurricanes compared to Miami for example?
@@azulo6 being inland we don’t experience the intensity of hurricanes that the coast does. Usually by the time they hit Orlando they’ve weakened to a Category 1 or Tropical Storm. Flooding can be an issue in some areas but that’s rare too.
I always said that I wanted to buy a house off of corrine Dr or Mills but you have me looking at Downtown like it's a whole new city tbh. Keep up the awesome work Ken I'll definitely give you a call when I buy 👌🏽
I love this video! I think this is your second time doing one downtown with Kristen! I love Orlando but I always have a concern with the big market there. I work in tech and my wife works in finance. I have been laid off once before earlier this year and my concern is always how strong is the job market in Orlando. I know healthcare and hospitality are big in Orlando but is there anything else? Do you have any videos that talk about this? Thank you always for your amazing videos!

I’m so glad I stumbled upon this video, I’ve just started looking in the Orlando area. 😮
Now this is the charm and luxury I would want. Love the custom finishes of the new house.. never knew these areas existed..great video
So glad to share. Orlando is near and dear to my heart ❤
That ADU is the way to do it, at least they have plenty of parking. Many don’t.
Park Pride! - College Park
We love College Park!! ❤️
Do you feel more developed while occur in Pine Hills ?
Eventually yep
I’d love to see a video on the country clubs in Orlando.
Love that idea. The real estate, the amenities, all of it? Or something in particular?

I clicked on this because of the house on Miller. I look at it everyday even though I can’t afford it yet…but maybe I’ll win the lottery tonight :)
Same! Playing the lottery asap 😂
@@kristensellsorlando lol 😂 I lost. Still 2.5 million short
These rates need to come down 8.1?? 🤦♂️
I'm ashamed to admit I had no idea Wadeview Park is a thing.
That’s okay! Now you know 😊
Let me get her number so she can give me a private tour of downtown. Thanks
Overpriced homes, violent downtown scene, homeless everywhere. Downtown sucks!!
I’ve lived in the downtown area almost 5 years and haven’t experienced any crime. Not many homeless people in the neighborhoods either.
