Now get a monorail like Jacksonville connected surrounding neighborhoods to downtown, the museums, Kia center, and UCF downtown campus and maybe Orlando will be doing something right for once when it comes to mass transit.

why can't the city work with developers to ensure developers only get a fixed profit margin. Lets say 3% guaranteed on the sellout of the building. That's the only way to build and sell fair priced condos

If they know they can make more than 3% given the demand, why would they settle for less even if it's guaranteed? Most developers don't work for charities, they want the highest profits at the lowest costs possible, period. There's a lot of ideas that sound nice, but just don't work in a capitalist society.

I wanna know why the exterior of the building so damn hideous? Every time I look at it, i wonder when are they gonna finish it. Come to find out, they're done!! WTF?!! I could have done a better job. Who tf signed off on a drab gray regular dull concrete finish?? In the sunshine state!!! It's looks like it belongs in some distopian ghost town. SMH. Or maybe IM missing something. Does anyone like that building's appearance?
