Watched a few videos of yours, I'm currently doing an engine swap as mine sucked a valve, an soon will be in the scrap yard. Nice to see you giving pointers as these motors aren't highly circulated in the u.s. more so across the pond. Only other vehicle I found it in was the sprinter van I believe, as when I worked with FedEx my truck had that engine. Only good thing is the surplus of parts I have in stock now from this swap. Thank you for the vids on it!
How did you connect the chain to the back of the motor on the head? I'm at that point and it's looking like I need to use the from pick point, drag a bit forward then connecting the rear chains. Obviously having a jack under the unit while bring it forward. Or is there another tip? I would of emailed you, but couldn't find it.
Joe Q it’s tight, but you can slip a hand behind with the bolt pinched in fingers to get it going. Gonna be hard to do your first time, finding the hole, it’s further down than you think.
Nice dude! When I had mine the trans cooler started leaking so got a generic one and plumbed it in

Joe Q no problem. Glad to help other owners.

Joe Q there are a couple of threaded holes in the back of the head. I used those to bolt a chain in.
@@IcarusOffroad did you have to move the motor forward a bit first , or was there enough room? Cause it looks tight
