😭😭Context: Austin&Ally were strangers until Austin stole a song Ally wrote, he made a video and it went viral. Ally confronts him and she ends up becoming his songwriter because she had stage fright. She got over it later on and became a popstar too. Jessie is another show, they were doing a crossover.
*Austin and Ally basically went from strangers to enemies to friends to lovers

Context for the episodes:
1. Steal your heart: austin was caught up in a legal battle again someone who declared that they wrote the song first and that austin was stealing it. Austin wrote the original music on a napkin(which ended up in the washing machine) so when the other lady showed up with sheet music to sue him, they actually went to court. This was also supposed to be austin's first original song because ally is usually the song writer so there was meant to be some doubt there as well. Ultimately, they got austin to sing the song as his "defense" and the big reveal was that austin sang to every girl in that courtroom but ally - so he essentially wrote the love song for her (they agreed to be friends at this time). The judge sees the affection that austin has for ally and ends up ruling in his favor.
3. You can come to me: ally has major stage fright at the start of the show (that's why she is austin's song writer) so this song was the very first time she performed publicly in front of other people. That's why the performance opened with her looking so unsure. Only her parents were in the audience because they were there to support her getting over her stage fright. The episode ends with them kissing for the first time in the show.
4. This was a special crossover episode with another orignal disney series called Jessie - a story about a nanny and her taking care of eccentric rich children. The song they sing had lyrics that Jessie claimed she wrote so that she could work with austin(she's always wanted to be an actress and become famous) but the lyrics actually came from a poem one of the children wrote. So the episode resolution was her owning up that the lyrics weren't hers but austin still invited her to sing with him anyways.
5. Finally me: this is the second time we're hearing this song from ally as this episode is meant to focus on special guest star Maddie Ziegler(a girl on dance moms and the main dancer in sia's videos). Maddie Ziegler's character comes to their music factory to learn violin because her sister is a prodigy but she is horrendous at it. They eventually discover that she has a talent for dancing so the episode ends with this showcase of her dancing skills in partner with austin.
It’s technically the third time we hear the song. Ally let Trish sing it first of course Trish changed the lyrics to fit her but she still used the song. But ally’s version is way better

I recommend Billion Hits, Take It From the Top, Stuck on You, I Think About You, I Got That Rock and Roll, and Don’t Look Down if you do more of Austin and Ally! This show is one of my favorites out of my childhood and has absolute bangers
For context of the third song, Ally used to struggle with stage fright, which is why she looks a little nervous at first. The parents in the crowd are Ally’s. Austin and Ally are not related, they have kind of a will they won’t they dynamic. Hope that clears some things up

I highly recommend Don't Look Down. Its a great duet and in the show canon it's the first time Ally sings on stage, embodying a superhero persona to give herself the confidence (it was a Halloween episode, so it'd be fitting for this month lol)

These videos are honestly the highlight of my week can't wait to see more
To explain everything in short details: Austin stole Allys song and got viral after singing it so when she goes to confront him about it he explains that it's his dream to be a pop star so she becomes his song writer. Ally has stage fraight so she doesn't sing but is very talented, eventually Austin convinces Ally to sing live and ultimately she finally sees that he's the one and they kiss. Also for the courthouse one it was an original song by Austin which is impressive because of two things, one, cause he wrote it on a napkin and two because he never wrote his own song before so it was a pretty big deal. The company or whoever it is tries to sue him for ultimately stealing their song. This is me or whatever it's called is Allys first time singing on stage and getting over her stage freight. I don't remember the crossover even happening but if I remember correctly Emma is a big fan of Austin and He's performing but they somehow fuck it up and he isn't able to preform. Jessie helps him make a song I think and he let's her sing it with him. And I'll be honest I don't remember the glee episode so that's on me lmao

YES so happy to see you reacting to one of my fav childhood shows! It may seem like there's a lot of unhinged moments but that's what made it so fun and the premise is actually really simple: Austin is a singer who loves being on stage, Ally is a songwriter with a stage fright, and together they make the perfect duo.
Also, Ross can definitely do a back flip, he used to do it all the time back in his Disney days lol.
Please do a part 2 with "I Think About You", "Upside Down", Illusion, "Don't Look Down" and "Not a Love Song" I'd love to see it :)))
I feel like it's a requirement for you to check out the theme song whenever you are checking out songs from a show. This theme song slaps, the second to last song you listen to had a bunch of their old songs including starting off with the theme song.

I’m BEGGING you to do another one of these. If you like them singing together and harmony, I recommend Two In A Million, and Perfect Christmas. Also You’ve Got a Friend is SOOOO good. It’s the curly-haired girl singing who you said you wanted to hear more of :) and also Austin, Ally, and Dez (the “attorney”) join in towards the end.

Toward your interpretation of Steal Your Heart, Ross Lynch played the role of Jeffrey Dahmer in “My Friend Dahmer” (2017) and he did such a good job personifying Dahmer that it made the guy who actually new Dahmer feel uncomfortable when Ross would wear the Dahmer glasses

Once again throwing my hat in for the RWBY (pronounced Ruby) soundtrack. Last time I suggested some specific songs but someone else pointed out that maybe just start with the Volume 1 soundtrack since each soundtrack kind of builds on each other. Still make sure they’re the full versions and I'd recommend lyric vids.
It’ll also just be cool to see how the singer, Casey Lee Williams, progresses since she was 13/14 when V1 aired. Not to mention how RWBY's sound has changed throughout the years.

i very much second this! the rwby soundtrack is absolutely insane and genuinely some of my favourite songs of all time are rwby songs. i agree he should probably start from vol 1 if he deos react to the soundtrack, however, i'd be very excited for him to reach vol 9 for the soundtrack bc i'd kill to see his reaction to 'checkmate' from vol 9.
