Don't nt pullup without doing warmups 1st... same with any other boady part.. warming up otherwise your elbows will suffer do pulldowns supernated grips half of your bodyweight. Then hang from the bar a few times with under/overhand grip then stand on a box grip the bar fall from the bar and do one oull up....do this 3 times then ur elbows and lats will be ready and yiu can do full pullups
