Dinner looks delish. My fav part of this video was seeing the Black Love. Sis, the way you looked at your man, and spoke his name with love in your voice, that just warmed my heart. So beautiful. Continued blessing over your marriage and family.

I can't stand the cabbage worms. I usually pour some salt on the cabbage when I chop them up and leave them in a strainer and set the strainer in a bowl of water so it can stay and soak for 10 minutes. Making sure it killed them. ☺️

Your garden look great and your cabbages were really nice size. Dinner looks delicious too. I feel for you with remodeling the kitchen. We did our years back and when our old cabinets came down I thought we had black mold, but the guy doing the cabinets assured me it wasn’t, it was the old adhesive they used to help keep them up. Apparently they use to do that in all older homes. You will love your new kitchen when it’s done. It just takes time, but it will be worth it! You have a beautiful family and you’re doing a beautiful job. I love watching your progress on the homestead. If I may suggest, plant more seeds together. You can always thin out… like the melons. Your kids are adorable….Love. Peace and Blessings !!! Following, my Dear. Keep up the good work.

Ahhh I don't like thinning plants! Feels like I'm killing them 😅haha but all jokes aside I did just plant 2/3 seeds of melons and stuff just because how late in the season it is and will thin them out

Hi there, I’m sort of new to your channel been watching TH-cam on my big screen and realized I had not subscribed to you! I’m new at gardening so I have watched you plant several things and am inspired by you and learning so much from you and others! I’m using grow bags and will add as I get better at growing something! Yes dinner looked scrumptious! Nice family, I do admire how your girls get out there know what they are doing! Blessing to y’all!

I'm into permacultre and will be doing chop and drop. I have a LOT to learn on this subject. Hopefully it will help with less watering so I'm binging videos on this subject. Lol blessings 🙏 And the food looks yummy!

Thanks! I absolutely love it as well. I've read books on permaculture and am still trying to learn. I also love to bury my food scrapes for composting in place. I exclusively did this in my old garden and the soil was amazing

@@faithfamilyhomestead I would LOVE to bury the scrapes but worry about mice.I live in a old neighborhood and I put out seeds for the birds. And the mice was digging for the fallen seeds.I can't stand mice eeekk so no more bird seeds. Yet the birds won't go hungry in my neighborhood. Lol I do compost everything though( in a garbage can with holes).
