Dom when I made my first turkey many many moons ago, I missed the giblet bag too. It was in the neck cavity area and as well as I cleaned the turkey, I was so surprised!! I even ran water through from one end to the other and it never fell out. 🤷🏽♀️ I used to do a wet brine but around 7-8 years ago, I discovered dry brine and never looked back! It sits with the brine on for 4 days in the fridge. 3 days inside a brine bag + 1 day in the uncovered. That last day is to let the skin dry, which ensures crispy turkey skin.
I've never tried a dry brine, but I'll have to give it a shot! Thanks for the info

Buying water in water bottles is not a good idea ,if you research where that water comes from probably would not drink it ,and let’s not start on the toxins from plastic and the waste..
So what water do you drink? And where do you get it from? How do you store it when needed?
