  • This is my 2004 Volusia 800.
    Custom fabricated true dual exhaust made back in 2011. This is completely bolt on. Bike is lowered 3" front and rear.

      CRRC in Farmingdale Long Island NY. I drew up the plans, redrilled the shock mounting, and he bent and welded the pipes. took 2 weeks due to his heavy work load with street bike.

      Its just straight pipe with some nasty bends to make it fit. Trying to do mine, but the correct way. Its a pain getting legit exhaust pipes to fit and connect with straight pipe and sensors.

      These on the bike are 39.5" beach bars. The kit i used was from scootworks to lower the bike. 3" rear lowering kit. I also upgraded the front forks to progressive springs. Made a huge difference in handling.
