What you see in the video on pattern testing is a held open cycle. The volume testing is ran at 1666 rpm at a 50/50 duty cycle. But these are more or less highlight videos. I also run them through a acceleration simulation and various rpm ranges from idle to 10,000 rpm during testing. These particular injectors were tested at ~40 psi
@@HuuhkaRacingI do. For standard cleaning I usually don’t do anything but use the standard settings on the Asnu bench. But when I have a customer that has a issue with skipping at a certain rpm or some weird anomaly I’ll play with the settings to try and recreate the issue. But for the most part, the auto range test mode on the bench cycles the injectors from idle to 12,000 rpm and changes the duty cycle within the duration of the test
What rpm / duty cycle do you use testing mode?

Do you run volume testing also high rpm like 5000-6000rpm and 50/50 duty cycle or more? e.g. 80% or so?
