swap doesn't need to anything with the software once you done? Is it just like swap CPU, NAND and eprom and your phone lives again? Doesn't need to programer NAND right?

You need to check ALL functions when doing a CPU reball - USB, FaceID, cameras, WiFi, Network, NFC. There are many things that can go wrong!
