It is so satisfying to see how the whole iOS boots from the ridiculously small motherboard powered by the fastest a15 SOC and direct current attached. Especially when compared to home PC.
Insane work Rewa. I appreciate for your great wonderful work. I Wonder how Louis Rossmann and unbox Therapy, ifixit missed this video and channel. Please keep up the great work.
Very interesting to see that Apple does not include any of the RF parts (WiFi, BT, Cellular) inside of the SoC. I wonder why. This could save them a lot of space on the PCB. Some other SoC manufacturers do implement some of the RF parts directly into the SoC. Maybe it's cheaper to have them externally.
I think apple will add a warning message like "This IPhone was disassembled". So, it can be if they add 1 or 2 contacts which can control the short circuit between screws and display metall shield.
The lower layer is for wifi, network, audio it is not needed when you test if the phone is booting or not, the most important chips is power, cpu and nand which is located in the top layer
My Quick hot air soldering station is miscalibrated and won't calibrate (me think it's broken ). I always must use my multimeter to adjust the heat accordingly and sometimes "forget" (: in this case, I was splitting an iPhone 13 Pro Max logic board just like in this video and wondering why it was taking so long LMAO! Just glad I didn't break it (:
Probably a dumb question… though.. is it possible to transfer the A15 chip from a damaged board to another to retrieve data and/or photos? I only ask since my 13 pro max got torn apart on a ride at Disneyland :/ and the a15 seems to be the only chip intact…
Hold up mate, 48C won't cook anything, it will just make it feel hot in your hand on heavy loads. Worst case scenario here is the battery getting hotter than 40C, thus reducing it's lifespan
althought it looks small, compact, but it is a nightmare to repair the board, just looking at it makes my ass painful to think about repair shop owners lol
This TH-cam channels is giving so much expensive course for free.
👌👌
agree
That’s how they make money. 🤪👌
Agree
Its not free they have online site for tools in phone repair have you opened their site ever
Your skills are just crazy! Well done, and keep the increadibly amazing work up!

Rossman HATES iphones.. maybe Jessa jones
Give us a high res image of the board in the links: for the nerds. Doing great!
Omg 😱 Sometimes I wonder how such things works .
Respect to you 😘
Did I miss it or did you not put the heat paste back between the boards???
3:19 Will it open any apps? Reply me please
Your videos are more informative than the ones found in Apple ATLAS...
Is the Thermal paste or pad replaced or recommend to use or not? Full video does not show or say anything other than shows it's wasted dry removal
99% of repair technician doesn’t have access to that kind of thermal paste and it is not recommended to use random or computer thermal paste
@@AymanTheRepairTech Thermal pads usually will do. high thermal conductivity pads recommended.
Thanks!
Thanks for your support. We will keep up the good work.
Great job, thank you brother. You are so talented

You guys are good. As always.

or maybe it works better externally
It's because they can't do it. They don't have enough know-how to do RF and to be able to match the performance of Qualcomm.
I never do phone repair (yet) but damn I never thought that iPhone can still turn on without the other half of its board! 😲🤯😱
This youtube Channel is underrated
Great effort guys ,, 👏
So iphone 13 has cpu detach defect???
Similar to the iPhone 7 Plus Audio IC detach?
48c on cpu isn't much, my LG G4 could go up to 80C thats why cpu just separated from motherboard hence problem of bootloop
Informative video thanks REWA💕
2:23 how many hands do you have?
you deserve sub, very helpful

I think apple will add a warning message like "This IPhone was disassembled". So, it can be if they add 1 or 2 contacts which can control the short circuit between screws and display metall shield.
Don't give them ideas lol 😂
You don't apply the Thermal paste again, Does it affects the CPU heating problem?
Hi, i have question, what about iPhone SE 2020. do you need tag on flex, or you can just replace BMS board. When you replacing battery
2:22 I thought for a second that you have 3 hands 🤔🤔
How about the thermal grease? 😮
Wow amazing video 🤩🤩🤩🤩

Thanks for sharing 💯💯♥️♥️♥️
I was surprised when you booted the phone with half the board
The lower layer is for wifi, network, audio it is not needed when you test if the phone is booting or not, the most important chips is power, cpu and nand which is located in the top layer

Great job
Plz do microscopic Magnification of A15 bionic chip..
Last video?
which text to speech app you are using ?
thermal paste was not reapplied?
For better recombination, the thermal paste is not reapplied.

No information is stored on the A15 CPU all the CPU does is process information. It does not store it.
@@MrTrytiped that makes sense, thanks
Where can I buy an iPhone 13 motherboard
apple store
Good job bro 🥰🇰🇭
You already having stencils of that mobile.

Excellent
Love from Bangladesh ❤️❤️❤️
amazing tech guy
Niceeeeeeeee teaching!
hold up, these phone are ALREADY cooking themselves to death? they aren't even a month old! wtf apple
i’m second to that
They are not good in thermal engineering
Hold up mate, 48C won't cook anything, it will just make it feel hot in your hand on heavy loads. Worst case scenario here is the battery getting hotter than 40C, thus reducing it's lifespan
I think using the word overheating is a bit much.
Benar bebar sangat pro, mantap rewa
have a 13pro max and it really runs warm. guess this is why. terrible thermal design on apples part.
Great 👍.
I'm just realized if iPhone using Qualcomm baseband.
