Beyond the Blues: My Story of Post Natal Psychosis

This is the story of a person diagnosed with Post Natal Psychosis after giving birth around the time of lockdown, telling of the struggles encountered, the support received and how it could be improved. It is a service user story of discussing the struggles and eventual success that has been used to inform practice and improve the services we provide for those experiencing similar mental health conditions.
