Hello Peta, mine arrived today thank you I cant believe how quickly it came - It was wrapped so well i think it took me longer to get it out of the box that it did to arrive all the way from Australia to the UK lol. I cannot wait to use it but i was just wondering, the link actually takes you to the laser lift, there are no instructions as such for the GuaSha. Is that because,as you mentioned in the video you can basically do as you wish and you do in the video give very good instructions anyway. I just didnt want to miss out on something if it was missing a link that actually went to a GuaSha.. Also sorry if i am being dim , but as soon as i put the serum on it sinks into my face - is there a special way you put it on so that the GuaSha slides over the skin, i am assuing you need to use a lot of it to make sure you dont pull the skin , i am not sure what you are meant to do. also will using oil rather than your serum damage the machine thank you again x

Hello Peta, I love your enthusiasm for everything you do and its so kind you do it for us. Can I just ask - if I could only afford to get either this new Gua Sha or the Renew me laser lift set what one would you suggest (I was just about to buy Renew me when you produced this lol). I am wanting to firm up my jowls, get rid of turkey neck lines and dark circles and normal wrinkles especially around lips. Is there one that would be better. I have to say though I converted into pounds and was shocked at what good value they are even with shipping its less than half price of a decent one here. Thanks so much, Louise

I received both of my devices! Can’t wait to try them! I do have a question: how often can I use the Gua Sha? Can I use it every day, once a day, or can I even use it twice a day? I also saw on your website that it says to only use the laser lift device 3 days per week (M-W-F) if using also the mask. Would the same apply if I’m also using the Gua Sha? I don’t want to overdo anything.

Hi Kay, so excited for you. If you have both devices, use the GuaSha for all of your face, and just use the Laser Lift around your eyes, because the GuaSha covers more of the face during the treatment. You can use that 5 days a week to start and then back off to 3 or 2 or as needed. With the Laser Lift, use it if your eyes are looking or feeling tired, but just for a few minutes either side. Again, you will work it out if you are doing too much. Let me know how you go. 💖

And will use the laser lift around the eyes as you suggested. The warmth and vibration of the GuaShia was so relaxing 😌. Thanks again and I will keep you posted, I’m sure I will love the results!

I just came across your channel this evening. I plan to start the facial aerobics. I am also interested in your renew products. While I like this one, I was interested in the laser lift. I'm close to 50 with rosacea & sensitive skin. What is your recommendation between the 2 products? I just decided that I'm going to order this product.

I have been doing this session for a while now because after lasering to remove a birthmark on my forehead, a process through a cosmetic surgeon at a hospital, for three years , quite severe , I found that one eye lid has always been a little droopy. I just looked in a mirror , which I usually avoid , and nearly cried . It’s not even noticeable anymore. . Ohhhh my heart ❤️. Thank you so much

Hi Breda, thanks for asking this, because it is what stops people from doing the exercises, and not just my program but it applies to everything that needs some motivation and commitment. I think that is what you need to get in order firsts, is your commitment to doing the routines, and think about the why you are doing them. I understand about no time, I am busy too, so I do mine in the morning in bed before getting up. With the other treatments, they are not like the exercises where they need to be done every day, they can be done where you can fit them in. With the face yoga, you would do that if you want to speed up the lift of your face. But, its up to you to organise yourself with it, because you are the one that ultimately needs to commit and do it to get results. 💖

Hello Peta sorry me again, i just wanted to check - in your video to this wonderful GuaSha (love the heart shape cover on the back), the points 2 anf 4 in your video are differnt to the points on the instruction and also on the machine i have as well. I just wanted to make sure that 2 was anti wrinkle and 4 was tighten using the red which the machine says it is. Thank you so much again for the GuaSha x

Slight, but it is an encouragement to keep going. I’ll be 67 in December. Never too late to start. No, haven’t received it yet. There are delays cuz of covid. I signed up at Australia post to receive updates so hopefully this coming week. I’m spoiled cuz I use amazon prime and get everything the next day, so am impatient lol

Hi Mira, you need to be doing the full face routines or just doing x50 reps a day if not doing full face routines. You will not get wrinkles if you do that

Hi Shalini, not its not RF. RF is a very different type of device using different engineering. This uses a simple heating function that heats the chrome part of the device.

Seems very practical, but I also have quite some pigmentation in my face and neck, so I guess this is not the right device to reduce this problem? Is the laser lift more effective against pigmentation? Thank you for your advice!!!
Hi Christine, it really depends on what type of pigmentation you have. If you have dark spots on your face, think about where they are, and then have a look at a chinese medicine chart to see if it correlates to a sluggish organ. Anything that is going on in your body will show on your face as spots and pigmentation. But, also, think about how much sun you have bathed in over the years. There are so many things that cause pigmentation and it is difficult to remove.
Thank you so much for replying!! I' ve always protected my skin against the sun, but I know it is caused by contraceptives in my case. I'm in my menopause now and I still take a pill to relieve the transition. Of course, if I apply some make-up, they are hardly visible. ❤

I bought a red light lamp several years ago, but stopped using it because I noticed I got sun tanning freckles from it, so I suspect it contributes to long term wrinkling of the skin in similar manner as sun tanning. Anyone ideas on this?
Hi JL, none of the red light hurts your skin in anyway, however if you are using Retinol preparations or oils that are sensitive to the sun or light, it will cause brown spots. However, it will not cause wrinkles at all, quite the opposite. Red light therapy is touted for its skin rejuvenating

Hi, your problem depends on a myriad of things, why your eyes are puffy. The GuaSha may help, but there may be other reasons why its happening. Have you considered going to a GP about it?
@@facerobics I had severe sinus problem few years back due to which my nose got swelled and my eyes were always running and having pain. My sinus is better now but my eyes got small in shape and got swelling on my eyelids which don't go away!!
If its from sinus, you will need to go very lightly with the device or any device for that matter. It must be very annoying and frustrating.
