I'm a diabetic as well. Vanilla pudding sounds yummy. I did sugar free jello. [Folow instructions but don't let it harden] whip cream cheese, add mixed jello, whip then fold in a container of whipped cream. Refrigerate for at least a couple hours. Yum!

My recipe is a bit different but easier to remember. 8oz of sour cream, 8oz cream cheese, 8-10oz cool whip 1/2 cup sugar. Mix all the ingredients together. Pour it in the crust. Chill before eating

I been making this similar recipe for almost 20 yrs. The difference is I don’t add in the sour cream. I like using a variety of toppings. And making my own graham Crackers Crust. You did a good job on your presentation.

I’ve always found buying my crust makes for easy clean up so I just enjoy that! Plus when I have family over and they want some I can just give it away without worrying about my dish making it back 😂

Made cheese cake this way for years; it's now my relatives favorite cheese cake to make. The only thing I do different, never used sour cream, (will try that) also, I don't fill pie crust all the way up. Put, in fridge over night; than add cherry filling to top, cover with plastic lid, back in fridge till ready to eat!!! I also, put in ramekins when making for small group dinners. Makes a great chocolate moose also. It is truly the best ever 🤩!!!!!! Love the Prayer, 🙏🏻 AMEN!!!
That actually sounds pretty solid and will have to try it in the NEAR future and try with peaches instead! I love peaches! Never tried to make a chocolate moose that and crème brûlée is next on my list. 😌 And Amen, we give all praise to the Lord for what we have and get to do. 🤍

Yes, Super Great Idea. My Mom loved cheesecake! She loved to have Cheesecake Factory on her Birthdays. My Mom passed away this year in April. She had some bad health problems the last past few years. She was known to just love cheesecake. I like things out of the freezer too. I put Reese's Peanut Butter Cups in there to chill them. I do love light and fluffy desserts! Thank You So Much. We will eat the cheesecake in her honor. Thank You for your heartfelt sympathy. She is out of pain now. She had Stage 4 Uterine and stomach cancer and it was spreading fast without treatment. She also had severe cardiomyopathy and then her heart pumped real slow causing her liver to fail and the bad heart caused her to get 4 Large Pulmonary Embolisms in her Lungs which also killed her. She was able to live to be 83 and we are grateful we had her for so long.She did not get cancer until age 82 or 81. When the cancer hit, it was bad but she did not get this until advanced senior age thankfully.This year and last year were real hard on us but everything is at peace now again.She had pain all over her body and it was constant so my Dad and family are glad that my Mom is out of pain now. Getting her Chemo was no fun also. @@AtHomeCookingAHC

I am gluten intolerant and will typically use crushed gluten free cookies with brown sugar and melted butter bake in pie pan at 250 for 15 min cool before adding mixture
And with thanksgiving coming up your gonna be a show stopper! Honestly I just used strawberries in a can, my little ones and husband LOVE it but I will put together a recipe if you’d like to see it! 😌

I’m sorry for such a late response I hope this hasn’t prevented you from trying the recipe. However, you do not need a gelatin mix it will be nice and set for you. It will have a light and airy texture unlike a traditional cheesecake. Hope this helped again sorry we are so late.
Isn’t it so amazing! Such a simple an delicious dessert! You will need, yes 1 cup of powdered sugar, and ⅓ cup of sour cream. The cream cheese is the only ingredient measured in oz. Which is 16 oz. The measurements her written out in the description section of the video, so you can always refer back there if you lose track of this comment. 🧡 Hope this helps and enjoy! 😌
We currently aren’t set up to produce and sell these (though I wish🥲 and hope to have some kind of cafe someday) However I promise this recipe is extremely easy and inexpensive it truly has built up my confidence! Happy you enjoyed 😌
Can you use regular sugar instead of the powdered and can you use heavy cream instead of the cool-whip i don’t have the powder sugar or cool whip that’s why I’m asking lol
I have never tried with granulated sugar but I believe it would change the texture of the pie. However, if you have a blender/bullet you can grind up your granulated sugar and it will become powdered sugar. Also heavy cream can be used you just want to whip it until it reaches a stiff peak also if you would like to sweetened add some of that powdered sugar you grind up. Truly hope this helps. I have as well and that’s why I turned to no-bake best decision I’ve made. It’s most certainly fool proof and I love the texture so so much! It’s firm but still light and airy! It’s really delicious 🤤 🤍
I’m not 100% sure because I haven’t tested it myself. However, I don’t believe you’ll have a problem with it setting for you! Actually I think they would set better due to the fact they are smaller! Hope you enjoy the recipe and it works out for you in the mini version! 😌

WHY would anyone use Cool Whip? Tastes awful, isn't actual food, and it's so easy to whip your own cream! I mix 1 egg with 4 oz cream cheese, one packet stevia, some vanilla, put in an oiled ramekin, bake in my toaster oven 12 minutes...boom! I think it's only a minute or one and a half minutes in a microwave. I top with frozen berries, and maybe 'cheat' with a little Redi Whip real whip cream. This makes an extremely low sugar dessert. Do your health a favor without missing out on flavor!
Well I thank you for your opinion so very much. However, I am one who loves cool whip. If you don’t it that is GREAT! There are LOTs of things that maybe aren’t so good for us (but we still partake) and yes I am very familiar with making my own cream! I just prefer this cheat! Also the great and wonderful thing about food is you can always make it your own! Recipes for me are just a starting point. These recipes aren’t end all be alls. Theses are things Ive learned to love and love making for my family! And per their testimony they love it! I hope your ways of cooking continue to bring joy to those whom you serve 🤍
Thank you for the recipe but it’s not batter. ..It’s filling …batter is something you would use for cake, like flour eggs, milk sugar that’s called batter, Because you have to bake it …filling you do not have to bake. Your mixer really needs to be cleaned!🫣 The background music is nauseatingly, irritating… You’re commentary is nice though. Aside from all my critiques, I think it is a good recipe. I will try it with cherry pie filling on top.🌸

I’m sorry for such a late response I hope this hasn’t prevented you from trying the recipe. However, you do not need a gelatin mix it will be nice and set for you. It will have a light and airy texture unlike a traditional cheesecake. Hope this helped again sorry we are so late.

You will need, yes 1 cup of powdered sugar, and ⅓ cup of sour cream. The cream cheese is the only ingredient measured in oz. Which is 16 oz.

Can you use regular sugar instead of the powdered and can you use heavy cream instead of the cool-whip i don’t have the powder sugar or cool whip that’s why I’m asking lol
I have never tried with granulated sugar but I believe it would change the texture of the pie. However, if you have a blender/bullet you can grind up your granulated sugar and it will become powdered sugar.
Also heavy cream can be used you just want to whip it until it reaches a stiff peak also if you would like to sweetened add some of that powdered sugar you grind up.

I have as well and that’s why I turned to no-bake best decision I’ve made. It’s most certainly fool proof and I love the texture so so much! It’s firm but still light and airy! It’s really delicious 🤤 🤍

I’m not 100% sure because I haven’t tested it myself. However, I don’t believe you’ll have a problem with it setting for you! Actually I think they would set better due to the fact they are smaller! Hope you enjoy the recipe and it works out for you in the mini version! 😌

What's the purpose of the lemon juice?
Two reasons, 1 it’s used in traditional cheesecakes to keep the structure of the cheesecake and hold everything together and lastly, my favorite part! Additional flavor. Hope this helps! 😌

WHY would anyone use Cool Whip? Tastes awful, isn't actual food, and it's so easy to whip your own cream! I mix 1 egg with 4 oz cream cheese, one packet stevia, some vanilla, put in an oiled ramekin, bake in my toaster oven 12 minutes...boom! I think it's only a minute or one and a half minutes in a microwave. I top with frozen berries, and maybe 'cheat' with a little Redi Whip real whip cream. This makes an extremely low sugar dessert. Do your health a favor without missing out on flavor!
Well I thank you for your opinion so very much. However, I am one who loves cool whip. If you don’t it that is GREAT! There are LOTs of things that maybe aren’t so good for us (but we still partake) and yes I am very familiar with making my own cream! I just prefer this cheat! Also the great and wonderful thing about food is you can always make it your own! Recipes for me are just a starting point. These recipes aren’t end all be alls. Theses are things Ive learned to love and love making for my family! And per their testimony they love it! I hope your ways of cooking continue to bring joy to those whom you serve 🤍
Thank you for the recipe but it’s not batter. ..It’s filling …batter is something you would use for cake, like flour eggs, milk sugar that’s called batter, Because you have to bake it …filling you do not have to bake.
