1- 🎉combat overflow of info: filter and focus --- what truly deserves my attention? 2-🎉combat distraction: brain 🧠 function the best when it focus on one thing at a time ! 3-🎉combat forgetfulness: exercise our memory; use less GPS, mindful memory! 4-🎉combat mindless search: pause and think about the questions before putting it in the search engine!
