This was the last exercise I did before my baby was born 5-6hours later. With the help of God and your videos,I was able to have an easy and a quick unmedicated birth.. This was my third pregnancy and 2nd VBAC, and I had by far the best delivery experience. In fact,I didn't know I was in labor until 10-20 mins before my baby was born. I had mild cramps through out the day and I thought it was Braxton Hicks because I didn't see any other signs of labor. When I did realize I was in labor,it was too late to make it to the hospital. I ended up having an unplanned home delivery.Though terrifying,it was the best delivery I have ever had. I didn't even push and my baby just slipped out of me. Thank you, Jessica for your all efforts. You're appreciated!

Thank you for all your videos! I followed them from my week 36. Thanks to your video about changing the breech baby position, my baby turned by week 37+0. I gave a birth to my third son few days ago, it was an amazing birth experience! I have been training all pregnancy 3 times a week and doing yoga with you from week 36. It really helped to have a good birth experience with manageable pain

    Jessica,
I just wanted to say thank you for all your videos, I just had my baby last week at 39+2.
This was my 4th pregnancy and I had a goal of staying strong through my whole pregnancy, I worked out with your videos until the day I was in labor, this video helped my labor progress very fast and my midwife barely made it to the birth.
I am super grateful for you and your work to help a lot of women.
Blessings to you and your family ❤

This was beautiful. I'm 28 weeks pregnant and wanting to spend more time connecting with body and baby in order to support both in the upcoming process of birth. These exercises were sufficiently difficult to feel a little bit of a burn, but short enough to not feel like torture. A beautiful practice to do in the running up to this huge initiatory event. And the extra breathing and birthing tips at the end were so encouraging and wonderful. Thank you!

For my first pregnancy at 28 years old, I began doing this routine every other morning in my 2nd trimester and upped it to almost every morning in my 3rd trimester.
I didnt have any pain throughout my pregnancy, went into labor at 38 weeks 3 days, and labor lasted 5.5 hours! Contractions started at 2 minutes apart. I believe I would have had a much faster labor had I not had to "hold it in" (so to speak) on a 2 hour drive to the hospital!
I would say it was tough work but not painful, thanks to this video!!
also-- at my post partum checkup they were surprised that i experienced no diastasis recti!

Start following your videos at 37 weeks and it did helped me a lot through the end of the pregnancy and the labour (specially the breathing techniques). The baby was well engaged and in the perfect position. Had a natural labour that last 8-9h and a good recovery.

I birthed my baby and did these exercises every other day throughout my pregnancy. I must say it was very helpful. I did not have a pain free delivery but I could cope with most of it! It also helped tremendously with my pelvic pain throughout my pregnancy much more than i could have hoped for. Cant wait for my 2 months post partum so I can do these exercises again to re strengthen my muscles around my pelvic. I highly recommend.

I can honestly say as someone who followed your videos, in which I started at 22 weeks, I was able to tolerate contractions pretty well. I tolerated them so well that I didn’t feel that I was in labor until I was in transition. I was able to go about my day and run a few errands. And even when I was in transition the pain was tolerable until I reached 10 cm and they ruptured my bag of waters, in which case I did get the epidural, which I didn’t have for long because pushing started within 2-3 hours. Thank you so much for your videos! Will be back for postpartum workout videos!

I’m back here 2 months after delivery a healthy, beautiful baby girl 🥰. Doing your videos during my second trimester almost until the end of my third trimester definitely helped.
Along with walking, a two year old toddler that kept me busy, eating plenty of fruits/vegetables, drinking a lot of water, cleaning & dancing a bit helped with my delivery. I was cool, calm, collected. I did end up getting the epidural but I did not tear at all 🙌🏾. So thank you again for your videos once again 😊. Much love 💕

I am 33 weeks pregnant today I started this exercise and after 5 mins I feel really uncomfortable+ unbalanced so I stopped. But still I want easy and painless delivery. It’s my first pregnancy.

You should modify the exercise so it fits you. I cant do all exercises either bc my pelvic hurt so much and is loose so i modify to what i can do. I also take support from chair etc or wall bc im too heavy doing squats etc. And you should do exercise slowly and pause in your own pace in the beginning. Hope this helps :) ive done these exercises for a few weeks now

Since I got pregnant this time around, I've had trouble with squats and lunges. My knee will pop and it's pretty painful. I tried again this time and it happened on my 3rd or 4th squat. Do you have any suggestions for modifications on these moves to prevent this?

You should pause sometime between each exercises minimum of 10-15 secs. That will help me to do everything in one stretch. Now I had to take rest every often.

Hi Jessica! Thank you for all your wonderful exercises. I was wondering if these exercises are safe for someone with SPD? I heard that doing lunges and separating legs is not a good idea in this case.
