@@Amsel_616 Pretty sure it will. It applies all the effects of the respective spell card it sends, *Rank-up-magic numeron force* for example does negate all the effects of other cards on the field alongside the rank-up effect it has.
Honestly, C62 is more meant for clearing boards than its OG counterpart which is a 1HKO railgun...
what? you can do1HKO with C62 too. regular 62 needs at least 1 rank 4 to break even in attack values and DOESN'T have protection and CANNOT attack Mulitple times!! and even if both cards DON'T have Galaxy Eyes Photon Dragon, C62 can still attack 3 times!

I agree just to connect the three protagonists, but I think that is more of a Kaito Cipher/Mizar gimmick. Kaito Zexal never used RUM and I think it still stands for how he is a normal human and didn't use special powers for evolving himself. All special powers were provided to him by Hart, Faker, and Orbital.

Cause Kite never played RUM, Zexal Kite at least. It doesn't suit his status as a Number Hunter which is to HUNT numbers and not progress numbers.
They literally did the exact opposite of what everyone wanted. Another otk enabler when they already had one that worked fine, and more extenders when they needed a good starter. And no powerful negation or removal effects from a new boss monster.

@@RR3DSceptyr That's not what I meant, galaxy eyes does not need a floodgate. What galaxy eyes has right now is nowhere near enough to keep up with those decks that I mentioned. They need a good starter that doesn't snatch their own resources away from them, and they need better negations, and interruptions to set up going first.
They made another decent level 4, they made the best rank 4 of the deck yet, and a upgraded boss monster. Unaffected 12600 (if after glow) off one spell is gonna win you far more games than what previous otks with this deck did. It legit lets you threaten game at anytime if they have no spot removal.
This deck has a million searchers, extenders and good boss monsters (well most of them being go second tho) but that being not enough tells a lot about how insane the metagame has been since its release.
I still think the deck has potential and should be more popular, especially cause I have trouble pointing out the exact reason why it never shows up in competitive rankings. One day for sure

Personally, I'd go the Tachyon route.... not because of the Satellite Dragon and the Counter Traps being able to activate from hand and all.
A lack of ways to really kickstart their plays, despite the extenders being excellent. Galaxy really needs a starter card in order to be competitively viable. Still love the deck though, support looks spicy
"that being not enough", it lacks starters and good searchers. The searchers we have right now aren't bad, they just need set up, while every other deck has multiple ROTA's without any costs.
Take Despia for example they have a Quick-play which either summons or adds a guy, a Stratos and a guy which can search if it's banished/sent to the gy which also recycles stuff. None of them really need set up, tragedy is the "hardest" search to get off, but even he can be easily triggered by poly, gold sarc, branded fusion or alurre. And that's just one of many examples.
Maybe it’s because it has no good starter, has 0 follow up plays, keeps pushing the big Xyz dragon going for game with big numbers which might be cute when you’re Roleplaying but isn’t effective in an actual math and makes you use 3-5 cards in hand to end on a board that’s average at best

It's nice to see photon and galaxy archetypes get more support, though it be nice if they made cards that made bringing out Neo Galaxy Photon Dragon and all of the other rank monsters easier. Also they still haven't gave X-Sabers any more support yet.
Because Duel Terminal archetypes are just random fillers at this point..... Naturia is the current one though so you'll have to wait for Komoney to spin that roulette of random supports.....

Those early Chaos Numbers could have that stipulation of need ing your LP to be 1000 or less to activate their signature effects removed and even for the time they'd stilk be unplayable.

im surprised you didnt mention that photon emperor is the perfect monarch card it has monarch stats, can be search, summoned, special summoned and enable monarchs in monarchs, it lets you normal summon edea after you summon it, (which is a free summon from trade-in). AND lets you summon another monarch after you summon it. it enables monarchs erupt, it can be added back off of erebus. its literally more of a monarch card than a photon card.
the craziest thing is it enables photon cards to be used in monarchs, like expedition to get another one out

Edit: I made a literal Kuriboh deck that is surprisingly viable against Black Garden. My ex hates it because she used a Black Garden Rose deck on stream and was forced to take 50 minutes for her duel against it.

Like Vampires needed and got in Battles of Chaos, another extension-happy, Xyz-centric Deck with crazy plays that could make mincemeat out of the opponent's board with the right stuff? Because it didn't pan out well for them either - just turns a deck that goes 'plz don't negate me' to 'plz don't negate my starter'.

Me personally I'm split. The new lv 4 is just a better galaxy knight...no one really is gonna use the kuriboh,the new numeron support card, or probably the trap since activating galaxy hundred from the deck on the opponents turn doesn't really do anything for us. The rank 4 is cool, the c62 basically just does the same thing as 62 though it is nice to be unaffected by monster effects(though 62 was always a choke point they pop it when it's summoned before I can detach afterglow so now they'll just pop it when it's summoned to stop from ranking up so same results). I don't think this made the deck too much better overall it's issue wasn't extenders, and even these extenders have the same issue as the existing ones with you already needed set up in the grave or a specific card already in hand. Hopefully this isn't the only wave of support 8 cards isn't really a lot especially when 1 doesn't even directly count as a part of their archtype (the numeron card) if this is it, for a photon named set, I'm disappointed and I don't think the deck got better

Having a board full of 3k+ attack Light Dragons is not that hard at all, so activating Numeron Creation is fairly easy for that deck, BUT if you have a board full of Light Dragons with 3k or more attack why would you need Numeron Creation?
To make an extra rank 8 to make regular prime even bigger obviously

Galaxy Eyes has the problem of ending with a board that is too weak in today's metagame, and this new support doesn't change that. Come on Konami, at least give us some negation that isn't reliant on Photon Lord.
Tbf if you’re playing galaxy eyes your goal shouldn’t be to have an end board in the first place (and if you do have to end on *any* board then you might as well just scoop), your goal should be to finish the duel on the second turn with an otk from the usual prime + afterglow combo. Konami not thinking about how we have to deal with being forced to go first if we lose the coin flip/rps/dice roll *is* a major problem and they should definitely address it. This support is nice but if we don’t have anything to help us survive going first then what support did we really gain?
Meh, the boards in current are pretty mediocre anyways. Neither Splight nor Tear end on oppressive boards decks like Ada or INK used to end on. Tachyon Transmigration, Hope Harbinger, Photon Lord and Solflare is a decent end board.
The problem is everything related to Galaxy being passable at best. They don't have the infinite consistency decks like Splight have, they don't have the resilience that decks like Tear have nor do they have the ceiling of P.U.N.K. or Dragon Link decks. They are just meh at everything they do.

Tge issue with Neo Prime is that it's overkill. If you can stick Prime with Afterglow, that's already the game there.
I'll take more Galaxy/Photon cards, even if they were trash because that artwork is 🔥
