Except of course the Sarum Rite, the York use, the Gallican Rite, the Dominican Rite, the Praemonstratensian rite, and all of those other rites which predated the council of Trent, which is rather recent in Church history. And, although you at least specified Roman, let us not forget the equally venerable Churches of the East, and the Divine Liturgies of our fathers among the Saints John Chrysostom, Basil the Great, and James... just food for thought!
