@@m.m.3242 and I think the best way to do so is to pitch a design for a LEGO city set that's in the forest to LEGO ideas maybe having it another forest fire brigade set long with the obvious fire vehicle and the firefighter character I think the object in question that's on fire could be a tree or a log with what appears to be a burrow and that's where the Hedgehog could live

I think a cattle car would be a great addition to the cargo train. It would go along with the farm, and you can add window openings to see the cows inside.
The raised bit on some wagons is because that's how it was in foreign countries, mainly Germany. Probably to provide more of a view but here in the UK we have a limited loading gauge (the space that trains have to fit through, tunnels, bridges etc) so we have duckets on brake vans, bits that stick out just enough for the guard to see both ways.
Maybe you could combine the fairground with a zoo. Similar to Drayton Manor. I did hear rumours of new animal molds coming up this year. There's said to be a new elephant and baby elephant and New monkeys and a lioness.
Instead of having to add engine upon engine, you could make some kind of carriage that goes behind the three engines and looks like regular cargo but is actually another powered section
I love robins bridges it adds a bit of differents to the city and I think mini figures must be looking up all the time and it would be cool if we had more bridges.
I have a few Ideas for train cars,Maybe dome construction cars,such as an excavator on a flat bed,a coal gondola,a cherry picker car,and a flat bed with a dump truck
You've finally started the freezer wagon! I love the bursting door effect and sound that the train made when it burst through it! I can't believe it's time for another city tour! It feels like yesterday when you last did it! Robin could you do the harbor next Monday and also after this Friday could you still continue fairground Fridays? Keep up the awesome work!
Excellent MOC of the refrigerated wagon Robin. Great way to incorporate some really old but cool printed doors into your cargo train. I absolutely love the penguins that ate all the fish. They remind me of the penguins of Madagascar animated show. They were always getting into mischief as well. Also like the train cam. Busting through the train shed doors was cool. Great video and awesome work my friend.
The pinguïns are great, specially the one in the box. Like someone mentioned, put one of them outside to make viewers curious to look inside the wagon where the pinguïn 🐧 party is happening
What a great idea Robin!! I don't have a train so I can't build this per se, but I think the same concept could easily be done for a refrigerated truck for the roads! I am gonna jump to Bricklink and see if I can find some of those doors :D
Yah! Loved the Yellow Castle set! The door graphics of the fish are awesome. Great car! Do like the refrigeration unit on the end of the car. American refrigeration cars have the refrigeration machinery on the outside on one end.
Since you're planning on adding another engine to the freight train, I would suggest you add it to the middle of the train to distribute some of the power rather than just having it all at the front!
May have been said before or even on this video. Now that you have the far corner farm in place you can have livestock, fruit, corn, wheat carriages. You could even do a late arrival for the carnival on the train

I don't know if it's a thing in the UK, but me growing up in Germany absolutely loved this show as a kid. It was about four penguins going on secret missions it was always fun to watch and they were absolutely fascinated by fish! You could limit the amount of penguins to four and give them dynamite or a crowbar to represent one of their misssons stealing fish. Just an idea, maybe you like it!

That box isn't as far off as you might think. These days less so, but some years ago a cooling unit was usually fit on the outside of refrigerated train cars. And with it not sticking up much above the roof I wouldn't have thought of it as the classic break man box but just a cooling unit. Also the vents on the roof seem quite alright as well. Usually you would only have one or the other (as in either an outside mounted cooling unit or a cooling unit inside of the roof with vents on the roof) but it's Lego and a little overkill is fine. And since you told me not to explain how refrigerators work I will refrain from doing so. ;)
I still got my old refrigeration wagon with snow flake stickers on the doors and they are in still in good condition, I'll have to flick a picture to you.
Wow, I looked into getting those but they are mostly yellowed and destroyed on the stickers. Also repro ones aren't the same. Still, the fish ones I have are very cool!

Maybe you could put a window on the end without the refrigeration equipment so could see the penguins (maybe)... and yes I realise it wouldn’t be realistic 😉 or you could make it a few studs longer and add them to the sides
I think you should place a penguin 🐧 outside the fan. In the little area in front of the fan it is to small for a minifigure but probably big enough for a penguin 🐧.
I like the build, but I feel that it would fit better with some of the other cars that are similar in size. Something about it being in between the long flat cars just doesn’t seem right.
You can never trust a penguin! Are the 1x2 bricks over the doors held strongly enough? I’d have imagined they could be too easily knocked over when opening the doors. 🤷♂️ But fun and instructive video, as always.

I did have an Excavator one but it is too wide for the tunnels which are 8 studs!

Suggestion if your going to have little underground areas like tmnt lair maybe add a time capsule or dinosaur bones.

I have a car transporter and two double container wagons. I also have long wagons for a shunter and a dinosaur. Also another one coming soon!
