    When I do the short foot activation, I don't feel it affecting my transverse abdominus but it is certainly helping to strengthen my toes and balance which has been unstable for me since my foot fracture. My toes and foot is still stiff though.

    When I press down on my toes, my 2nd joint on the toes starts to curl a bit.
