Two questions about daily usage: 1. You mentioned using this barefoot for yoga, etc. How does it hold up to teaching multiple classes? 2. You’ve shown putting it on a beaker insole, but what about working women’s shoes like heeled pumps? Excited to try these! …after I get out of this walking boot. :)

Thank you so much!!! I’ve been miserable for the past three years and Kaiser permanente has been no help. They went straight to injections that only work for about 3 weeks. Never once explained that spacers, felt pads and rolling MN out are an option. You just changed my quality of life 🙏🙏

Good info! Some people are pissed in these comments, but this video isn't intended to diagnose your problem! Only your doctor can diagnose your problem. Get another doctor if you don't agree with his diagnosis. (I will try GABA, which is recommended by this video.)

Thanks for the info Dr. Emily. I'll spare you the details of my situation that I've been dealing with for nearly 5 years but this video, I believe, speaks to one of the main issues. I appreciate the exercise you have demonstrated and I was wondering how many repetitions, sets, and times per week it should be performed? I work on my glutes, e.g., bridges, clamshells, leg extensions, etc., five days a week but I've kept a persistent pain the glute med. and the peroneal area (right leg) and I kept thinking that the big toe was somehow related. Yes, I am flat footed, I have orthotics (not custom), and until this injury showed up at the end of 2019 very active (I'm 70 yrs old). Thanks again. Jeff

Dr Emily, thank you for this great video that is so well explained. What is the equipment you are using called, and where can I get them? I have pretty bad neuropathy in my feet and have always had poor balance. Now I am 72 and getting worse and afraid of a serious fall. I am currently in PT for balance. We just tried some eye exercises and I immediately found a change in my light-headedness, therefore my balance. Your exercises are much more integrated and I am looking to share them with my therapist. Thank you again for this excellent video. Jeannie
