You will NEVER see apple or Samsung do anything like this with their CEO. I'm completely aware of the fact that it's scripted. But it doesn't change that the end result is something different that I and many others appreciate

i am about to make a purchase decision first for the user centric improvements - the focus on users is insane to me, small convenient improvements like dual connections really save a tonne of time for me but also for the team charisma, you guys have made it feel like i as the user im dealing with other humans who care for my listening experience, very approachable
