How do you know what shelf each package had to go on and do you take the packages of the conveyor belt and right to the truck or put them to the side? I’m hired to be a package handler but afraid that I’m going to mess up or overthink where to put things especially if we moving fast

Hey man! Can a driver just come up and throw everything out in the event that the truck wasn’t packer correctly? Just got an offer as a coloquial package handler?

Would you be mad if a diabetic you delivered to asked you to put their insulin the front of the truck to protect it from heat? I am trying to find out if it is wrong to request that the fedex driver do that. the package is already packaged as best as possible but during extreme heat i need more help. please let me know if that would make you upset?
