That experience is truely great and I have experienced it multiple times in a variety of odd jobs. I got paid as a jazz musician, a carpenter, and an mma fighter. Surprisingly, I am settling into a career as a chemist of all things, though. Good luck to anyone who is competing.
Wussup chewie. This is dope that you're putting together this event for the people. I sent a question 3 days ago on your side control video. You stated in this video about sponsors and i couldn't help but hear you state things good for joints and etc. If it's not too much, could you read my question i asked? You don't necessarily have to make a video about it, I'm fine with you just shooting me the knowledge i need to overcome my current issues. I would retype it, but i don't want to flood your comment section with that long comment. Lol Even though this is kinda a long comment. Lol
FWIW I saw he loved your comment, and has seen it. When I had a broken rib, the MCE (Move-Compress-Elevate) method helped me heal it faster. This is the newer better version of RICE (Rest-Ice-Compress-Elevate). This way it took 3 weeks and it was workable, 6 weeks painfree good as new. You can gently move a rib with breathing and side-stretch type movements. Tom Morrison has good videos on this. AND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD avoid sneezing!!! Mind you that your body will "splint" your fascia, and you will likely have a mean muscle knot on the other side. Massaging this away once healed will prevent future injuries caused by asymmetry. Wishing you quick and easy healing.
I signed up, and I'll be driving out to Louisville from Baton Rouge. Super hype to compete and learn from you.

Tell me you are a renaissance man, without telling me.
Wow this sounds great, wish more comps paid like this...

Well damn, good luck to all. Hopefully at some point I'll be showing up at a future event
White belt from Louisville here, I’ll definitely have to make the trip home from college!
If you do any competitions in May/June, consider me there, lol
Come to Manchester England and I’ll be there
