@@Jay_Sullivan the guy opening the door is in danger if there’s an enemy sitting behind the door waiting for him. So having a second man who can respond instantly to that scenario helps keep everyone safe.
Suicide vests have to be one of the scariest things in a CQ environment, yikes lol. Fili was a hero!

@@ChemistyStudent Switching to pistols for bathroom breaches have yielded good results. Fastest trooper reaction time beats S-Vests when fighting in phonebooth sized areas.
I remember doing this mission, I used the same assaulters and the same equipment though no wall charges. I have to admit I got very lucky since I decided to flashbang the toilet. Remember, flashbang your toilets.
I made one guy open the door while another aims into the bathroom. Worked only once lol

@@ControlledPairsGaming if you spy cam every closed door you can avoid stuff like that but Idk how realistic that would be. Do US troops use spy cams very often? My guess would be no. What do you think?
@@jayswizzle57 I don’t think spycams/“optiwands” actually exist. At least, not the kind you can put under a door to see what’s on the other side.
@@jayswizzle57 I don't think they could realistically do that even if that cam tech was available. That was after they were compromised, so it might have saved them in this particular case, but if the bomber just exited the room, they'd get hit anyway. Considering his buddy just yelled "They're here" right outside the door, pretty good chance he comes out.

Should note that insurgent in brown sitting by the TOW at the start is a ‘foreign advisor’ they tend to be quite good

Should have been called "Explosive Diarrhea". As a side note, whenever I replay this level since the bazooka update, I always give that bathroom payback on your behalf by sending two blasts in there, just in case.

Suicide bombers in bathrooms are one of the more difficult threats in this game! I don't trust bathrooms in the game.

Sometimes shit hits the fan, can’t be prepared for every threat. Amazing tactics but you can’t save them all. Man I love everything about this series, and this whole channel in general. Keep it up !

@@ControlledPairsGaming Weeeell I quess I can't actually pin that on you entirely. I should know better, that these kind of suprises can happen in these kind of games. Luckily I didn't get any coffee on the actual keys. Just some small splashes on the palmrest, mouse pad and the table. Everything's just fine and dandy.
Also check out the first door kickers, its a police version of the game with full modding support. It was released in 2014, still a great game tho
I remember when I first played this level when there weren’t any silenced weapons. I knew there was no way to do it as quiet as possible so of course I took the logical route and did it as loud as possible 😂 all of them had wall breaches and flash bangs. Surprisingly it all went well.

Oh man, when i saw Room Service was the level... i knew what was up. That S-vest hit me like a ton of bricks the first, second and third time. Deviously clever level design, and you played the hand you were dealt like a champ.

Bought the game off of your store today as I was already convinced that it would play nice from your other videos on it. Now I expected from your gameplay that I saw that it would be fairly easy but this vid here just convinced me that there would be even more to come! Epic stuff and great content. :)
Absolutely loving this series. Besides just being an entertaining game, I think this is some of the best CQB strategy instruction that I have found online. Grabbed the game from your store and I have been loving it.
Reminds me of a real world loss when I was in the army. I can't remember if it was two SEALs or Delta, but they entered a room and there was a DShK in the blind corner behind a curtain. There's just no training and nothing you can do on some things.

Normally youre so thorough and safe while playing you can pretty much guarantee a perfect run. It takes a lot of the suspense out. This is now my favorite episode!

Man, I love this game. I knew things were going too smooth. That S-vest was just... *chef's kiss* - perfectly placed to cause absolute havoc.
Christ... Poor Filli... Saw his buddy get blown to kingdom come right before his very eyes only to get gunned down right after... This game is fuckin awesome...
Can’t wait til you get to play the final slums mission, huge space, multiple rooms to search a HVT, amazing mission
Violence of action is the way to do this mission just blew through all the rooms one guy to the left room one guy clears the room on the right and two clear the back room the suicide bomber seems to be in either of the three bathrooms randomly. completed it with a single plan in 14 seconds and got 3 stars only challenge i couldn't get was for not being injured at all but all 4 of my guys did survive.
After the suicide bomber those wew moments were like a warzone, 4 aks 1 rgp and dead bodys with ruble

I love it. You're stronger than I am. I'm one of those obsessive perfectionists that has to restart as soon as something goes wrong. . . When I force myself to keep going it's always more fun, but sometimes I can't help it LOL
This was a super difficult map! When I did it the suicide bomber was in the bottom bathroom, and I used a spy camera on it, so saw him before I breached. I had cleared everything but that bathroom, so I moved all my assaulters to cover that door, put a breaching charge on, blew it and killed him before he could do anything.
You just made a Hollywood/military/shootout movie type scenario with a top down tactical shooter game and I'm not even mad cause it was educational plus it was fucking awesome. Good job man!

Hey Pairs I love you for uploading this and not just hitting restart! Other people play this game, some vets, not gonna mention names but their videos are strangely absent of suicide bomb disasters...while every now and then they walk past a fogged area and don't get punished for it, call me suspicious. Anyway, I bought Door Kickers 2, Ground Branch and Zero Hour through your store (been looking for Due Process but I don't see it) because of your knowledge and genuine honesty as displayed in this video. Rock on brother.

Hahaha yeah I remember dying to those pesky bombers in the bathrooms in this mission too and felt so dumb! Didn't remember them breaking the walls when they blew up tho :O
For bathroom I aways have 2 guys together one knocks the door down and the other clears it works most times especially if you are not yet compromised

If you watch closely, Fili survived because he was still behind the wall.
Also, a little hint on the game mechanics: the guy opening the door can't shoot for a couple of moments because he lowered his gun to kick the door. So what I usually do is position one dude so he has a clear shot into the room while another dude opens it from behind the cover of the wall. You can position him quite a bit away from the threshold and he'll still be able to open the door. That way you have a chance to take out a suicide bomber even if he's close to the door. No Idea how realistic that is though.
