- Lake Atitlan, set amongst towering volcanos, is one of my favorite places on the planet. Mom and I set our alarms for 3am to hike the Indian Nose and catch the sunrise. Worth it!

i'm gonna cry. santa maria (which i swear later seemed to be where quetzalcoatl is) volcano after sunset; a mayan woman tapped my shoulder and pointed to it, that was so kind! she watched it too, i felt like i could spend eternity in that moment

I'm not gonna keep pestering you, but I just have one question (if you're allowed to answer :p) where did the camera crew sleep and what did they eat xD
+Vuix MC haha, I get this question all the time. They camped out about a mile away from us every night, they had nice tents, electricity and plenty of food. One producer would stay back with us, in case anything worth filming happened. They had a tough job to do, so they ate plenty of food, but weren't allowed to eat in front of us (or we'd go crazy). Thanks again for watching!
