- This is how I pressure can chicken mean on the bone for long term storage. This recipe is based on my Мама’s Russian tushonka recipe.

Boy have I had a busy Summer. We got a dairy goat herd, sheep and some extra pigs. We had some piglets a week ago and more due in about 6 weeks! Who knows when the sheep will give birth! I assume they know! 😂
Plus we had to get all these kittens spayed & neutered...eleven of them!
Gonna be canning chicken in a few weeks! I'm on apples & beans right now!
Hi Luli! That’s the tastiest way to preserve chicken. It is delicious and moist, so many things you can make with it or just eat it like it comes out of the jar.

my recipe says 90 minutes for quarts
Boneless is 75/90, bone in is 65/75 per the US canning police.

Isn't current guidance that you don't have to sterilize if you waterbath for at least 10 minutes?
