Alcohol is over-rated and tiny houses are under-rated. I say, Do It! Your tiny house is super cool and Good Templar Park seems very cool as well. Enjoy Tiny!

Be sure to come see it in person if you ever find yourself in Geneva, Illinois on Father’s Day.

Love your A-frame! The tiny house village is great but, what a waste of housing. People could live there year round with some insulation. You should build a tiny house village. Your’s could be the first one! Thank you!

Yes. That Good Templar Park village pre-dates both the tiny home movement as well as air conditioning. So I believe it was originally meant to be a get-out-of-the-hot-city-for-the-summer seasonal getaway, rather than full-time residences.

I'm saving up to build my tiny home and I want to live in a tiny home community. This just might be the place! I'm not much of a drinker either so quitting is a good idea for me.

I’m pretty sure they’ve got a couple of open lots, as well as cottages for sale.
