Wow! That additional 3 feet of width makes an incredible difference. I have not seen a tiny home with such an open, spacious and welcoming kitchen with so many cabinets as this one has. I'm about Cindy's age, and her home includes all of the features inside one home that are often missing and have made me reluctant about everyday tiny home living. She has a comfortable and ample seating area, a dining table with 4 chairs surrounding it (vs a pullout table with side-by-side seating), a full-sized bath and shower, a plumbed commode, a queen-size bedroom that she can actually stand up and even move around w/adequate closets for hanging items. All of her appliances are full-sized and she has a washer and dryer. There's plenty of natural light with all of the windows. The additional side cabinets and countertop in the eat-in kitchen, as well as, having the space to have a large loveseat and chairs angled inwards, really make it feel so spacious. She could add a small cocktail table IF she wanted and that's a first for any tiny home. I like that the house lots are not on top of each other and don't look like a trailer park. Since hers is too wide to easily move, I do wonder how her "model" compares in both cost, maintenance and space to a single-wide trailer. I've not really been inside a traditional trailer home, so I do wonder what the advantages are for owning this tiny home vs a single-wide trailer. I've always lived in a single family home, but I'm getting older and paying for yard upkeep on half an acre in the metro area where I live no longer seems practical now that my children are adults and live on opposite coasts. I would love to be able to close my front door and leave for 3 months without worrying and I have little desire to travel in and live in an RV full time. Condos are available in the perfect size for me, but sharing a wall with neighbors isn't appealing. Sorry for running on....

It's technically not a Tiny House, Park Models fall under the RV market, but it can be considered close enough and doesn't matter in places like this village. Just in places where they may allow a tiny house to be recognized as a residential home and even primary home as then the differences matter. Like WA state will allow a tiny house to be an ADU but it won't a Park Model. CA, has actually become pretty tiny house friendly with the state adopting rules that allows tiny houses to be ADU's in most places that allow ADU's and more recently counties like Santa Cruz has started allowing tiny houses, even on wheels, to be become a primary residence on a property you own. While other parts of the country may allow you to place the tiny house on a foundation to meet Appendix Q of the 2018 IRC to be recognized as a residential home, like in Florida, for example. Florida builder like Cornerstone Tiny Homes even builds both THOWs and Tiny House Pre-Fab homes that go on foundations... Cost just depends a lot on how it's built, where, what went into it, and whether factors like depreciation and market it's in effect its price. Even Park Models can still go up to over $200K. So it very much depends on the details but it is possible to get almost anything to a lower price if you can find a way to choose the right details to get to that lower price...

So happy to see a lovely tiny house that is more affordable. Most of them highlighted on YT channels are very expensive. It's hard to believe that this one was $45,000. She's such a happy lady with a beautiful smile. I love the style of her home and the neutral background. I'm glad the ABNB is working out for her. Thanks for sharing!
I think this is a beautiful tiny home and just the perfect size to me. a tiny home is more in the regards of space size. Where you purchase it should not matter. Anything under 400 square feet to me is a tiny home. I love it and I think you did an amazing job at decorating and I'd be interested in going there for an airbnb just to be able to experience what it would be like living in a smaller space. Thank you for sharing
Holy smokes, I can not believe she got that house for $45,000!!! And partially furnished no less. HOW? Wow...I can't even figure out how they bought the trailer, materials and appliances for that amount, never mind the labor to build it. It's not my style and it's very base level finishes, but it's everything a person needs to live a very spacious, comfortable and extremely affordable life. Absolutely incredible deal! On top of that, this woman is absolutely delightful. Her energy, her attitude and her generous spirit are all amazing. What a neat person. If I ever get out that way I'd love to rent her house for my stay!
You did an excellent job of answering any questions about tiny house living by giving a thorough tour insude and out. Thanks for talking costs and utilities.
What a lovely home and at such a great price. Most tiny homes seem smaller, with less storage and cost so much more. I'd love to have one of these and put it on some land because her lot rent is more than my mortgage was.
I have to say this is one of the best tiny homes I have seen. I loved that everything was on the bottom floor. That there was no crawling up in the attic for a bedroom. This is very nice.
She has a wonderful sense of decoration. I love how she mostly decorates with sunflowers and has really stuck to it. Love it. What a pleasant person she is. Her big smile is infectious.
This home is so beautiful...love that it has a real dining room table! I would love to stay here just to see if this is the way I want to go in the future.
By far the most practical, well laid out TH I have ever seen! No funky staircases to worry about at night, especially if a bathroom visit is needed. It is a livable home in which to reside and be comfortable. She made an excellent choice and it's a very pretty well-designed home. Love that deck as well.
Not only do I LOVE this woman😊👍 I want to BE this woman.🎸🌟 Incredibly open, honest and sweet ambassador for Tiny Living and a typical neighbor of Acony Bell of which I want to be one. Thank you for sharing your home and personal life.🌻 Blessings ✨
This is far the best tiny house I have ever seen and I've been watching them for 2 years absolutely feels like you're in a home beautiful cozy everything❤❤❤
I've stayed at a lot of airbnbs but I refuse to rent any where the owner lives there normally. It's such a creepy feeling to stay in an a strangers house with all their things around you. I kept on feeling like someone was going to stop by every time I heard a noise outside. Their family photos looking at you, the drawers filled up with their underwear and bras, and the refrigerator completely filled with their food. There really wasn't any room for me to put any of my own stuff. It also wasn't as clean as normal rentals.
I couldn't rent my own home out because I'd worry about people going through all my stuff. I agree that the standard of cleaning would be different in a rental Vs a personal home. I think I'd feel uncomfortable in someone else's home. A friend is clearing out the home of an acquaintance who passed away and we stopped by for her to pick up some items. Even though she had permission to be there, I felt so uncomfortable walking around someone's home. I didn't want to be disrespectful. It's such a personal space.
The only time I stayed at an Airbnb was in Quebec and it belonged to a family. They had zip tied their drawers and closets closed but may have left a drawer empty for us in each room I can’t remember. The house was gorgeous! There was a pool and a hot tub and fire pit! Netflix and wifi and a great kitchen. Definitely felt a little strange being in someone’s home, but it was so nice that I did not mind!
It varies, some people leave all their stuff in storage and go on long trips or only use the home for a specific time of year. So guest wouldn't know it was someone's home in such cases. Some may just rent a home out until it's paid off and not use it themselves until that's done. So there doesn't always have to be overlap... Though, it used to be common to live in other people's home. People used to appreciate maintaining an environment similar to home while traveling. Multiple guests would even have meals together in a common room and it provided people ways to maintain ownership of their home in situations where they otherwise didn't have the income to do so. Such as widows, etc. to get by providing room and board, along with meals, cleaning service, etc. We're just very anti-social these days and the way people used to live over a hundred years ago are pretty much long gone now...
My Aunt used her home as an Air b and b when she travels.....She came home from a trip over seas and the family that was staying at here house trashed it and left cigar stains in her carpet.....
Hello Charlene! I'm so sorry to drop this on you like this, but I came across your TH-cam channel and I would love to know you better. From what I've seen, you seem like an honest person, which is why I'm guessing you must have written some pretty nice comments on other people's videos.

I smiled almost the entire video. She seems like such a wonderful woman. You can tell that she loves her home.
I just absolutely love this tiny house. The space is phenomenal. I love everything especially since there are no stairs. Miss Carol was so nice. If I ever decide to go tiny I want it to be just like this.😅😊
Best Tiny House design, I have ever seen.
Beautiful decorated, elegant and cozy.
Thank you for sharing. 😊
Cindy is precious and her house is so cute!
I agree, our host is a breath of fresh air and a delight with her warmth and sincerity. She is beautiful, and her beautiful home suit her perfectly. I love it. Stay blessed. Shalom and love to all.
I have been waiting to see communities of these. Also I would like to see shipping box home communities. Affordable for people 💙! Very beautiful Ma’am 🌱🌷☀️
@@beverlyhord4398 Yes, Martha and her shipping container home appear in the intro montage on this video, and if you search the channel for 'Incredible Tiny Homes' you will find that Jenna has half a dozen videos on their homes and development. The ITH channel is very interesting, not only for the wide variety of homes, but the communities they have created for their home buyers.
Wow, what a lovely little home, I love her sunflower theme. It makes everything so sunny I feel.
Love this home.
TY for sharing, Cindy is so bubbly and sweet! Best wishes to her!!! TY and God Bless!!!
I just smiled through the whole video. Such a happy, sunshiny place to live 🙂
Cindy & her home are lovely ❣️ Thank you for the tour.
Cindy is a total gem, here to shine the light! I can’t wait to visit the house! 🌻💎
This is my absolute favorite tiny house! I wouldn't change a thing except the location as humidity messing with my asthma.
She is so warm and genuine. I love her tiny home!
This tiny house is beautiful and is roomy love the deck. You made a great decision 🤗
Hello Cindy, Thank you for sharing your tiny house. It's so practical and adorable. Your a sweetheart, enjoy tiny living.
Beautiful Tiny Home
Thank you for sharing
What a beautiful tiny house. I would love one exactly like that one for me. It's perfect.
I have to say this is one of the best tiny homes I have seen. I loved that everything was on the bottom floor. That there was no crawling up in the attic for a bedroom. This is very nice.
She's so happy with everything she's chosen to have there. Truly lives up what she said is important to her: hope and optimism.
She has a wonderful sense of decoration. I love how she mostly decorates with sunflowers and has really stuck to it. Love it. What a pleasant person she is. Her big smile is infectious.
I could certainly live in a home that size, but I couldn't have strangers coming in. The extra three feet of width makes a huge difference.
Hello Susan how are you doing hopefully you are doing good??
Love how the bedroom is on the main floor. This lady is so sweet.
Hello Stephanie how are you doing hopefully you are doing good??
Lovely home and Cindy is a sweetheart!
Hello Diana how are you doing hopefully you are doing good??
What a lovely happy lady and so pleased to show off her beautiful home,
Which has been tailored to fit all her needs.
Great vid
Thanks for sharing. 😊
Another lovely park model home, well built and we'll conceived. I also liked the community location, as well. ❤️
Hello Jennifer how are you doing hopefully you are doing good??
Cindy, you are so resourceful and outgoing 🤗 Thank you for this lovely visit.
The house is absolutely adorable xx
Not only do I LOVE this woman😊👍
I want to BE this woman.🎸🌟
Incredibly open, honest and sweet ambassador for Tiny Living and a typical neighbor of Acony Bell of which I want to be one. Thank you for sharing your home and personal life.🌻 Blessings ✨
I want a tiny home I love these little tiny treasures so very cute 🥰💝
What a beautiful home. The kitchen is so gorgeous. I am loving the width of your home. I would live in a home like this. It's simply perfect
Beautiful home. The park models are the best.
Hello Brenda how are you doing hopefully you are doing good??
My daughter had a poor experience with an Airbnb one time, but I would certainly stay in this lady’s place! I would love the homey feel
I loved your house the best out of all the tiny houses I have seen.....I could really live there and feel comfortable thanks for sharing..
Beautiful! Congratulations on your home
Hello Charlene! I'm so sorry to drop this on you like this, but I came across your TH-cam channel and I would love to know you better. From what I've seen, you seem like an honest person, which is why I'm guessing you must have written some pretty nice comments on other people's videos.
Thanks but I'm not giving good comments to many of sites. You are remarkable, ( and sweet).
@@charlene6380 Aww, You are Welcome. Honestly I'm happy to get a response from you. And I would love to chat further if you don't mind.
Hi Charlene! I hope everything is okay with you. I haven't heard from you in a while, and I was just wondering if everything is okay?
@@Broadtolove Every5hing is great.
This was one of the best homes I have seen. I agree the no stairs to climb as people age is a very practical thing.
Lovely home. So nicely decorated, too.
Hello Bev how are you doing hopefully you are doing good??
I love that its all on one level. Perfect for seniors or with mobility issues. Lovely Lady, with a lovely warm.
Cindy, you are a joy!
Love your home💝
What would a home like yours cost today? Seems like they've gone up so much. 🌻🌻🌻 Simone
Incredible price! How long ago was that? I havent seen a tiny for less than $100,000 in a good while. Where did she get her home?
This home looks perfect for seniors. I just love all the natural light that comes in. I might be looking for this in the near future.
That's a great looking park model tiny home.
Cindy is a charming person. Really enjoyed this video.
I would also love to see an earth sheltered home that’s affordable. 😊
