I think Rooney doesn’t get the respect for the things he did on the pitch tbh. Most goals for England and Manchester United ever. A huge part of all the success that United had. I get what you mean though. He had to keep fit and training because he was the type of person that if he slacked off for any length of time, he would put a lot of weight on and put it on quickly.

Nobody could have predicted how bad Chelsea would do that season. They were in danger of entering the relegation zone at one point!! Just before Mourinho was sacked. They ended up finishing 10th which tells you how bad they were. Jason Cundy was right about Bournemouth as well. What was it, 5 seasons in the Premier league?? I hope they get promotion this season, 2021/22.
