4:17 At least in the official Mega Man games (most of the time) when there's a big enemy in a certain area throwing/shooting/spitting smaller enemies, the smaller enemies take only one hit so you can get them out the way easier. How do you mess that up?
i do have to wonder if the enemies having way too much HP was sachen trying to pad out the game... though the upgrades do also genuinely make a lot of them quicker to deal with so who the fuck knows
I guess they fucked up how often to update that section that appears to be further in the back. It isn't even real scrolling, just changing the graphics of those tiles to appear to shift slower than everything else. It's a clever technique that's used for example in the Bucky o Hare red planet stage as well.
I would say it could have been a REALLY good game. It just needed some polish. BTW. That scrolling you talk shit about is actually really interesting. It only catched on in the 16 bit era. I have never seen an NES game multi scroll before. Too bad they fucked it up and it looks strange.
I heard from another video about this bootleg that if you wasted your continues, you'll lose the upgrade weapon. Btw I wanna see you try either "Zelda: a link to the past" on Famicom or "Magic Girl" on the Mega Drive
