Gio, I am getting a job as an SDR for a less known company. And I have yet to get any other interview. Should I take it because it's a seed company, and no one knows about this company and there product?
Great question!
Few things -
1. Product market fit - is what the company selling a need to have or nice to have?
2. Quota Attainment - is there any SDR in the company meeting their SDR goals?
3. Leadership - is the company being ran with leaders who have had success in the past.
Ultimately smaller tech companies have more risk but more upside. If you believe in the mission, the people, and the product I would say do it 🙂
