I drove from East Coast Demerara to Rosignol and back today…the traffic was backed up during heavy rush hour late into the evening because of police roadblock for spot checks. It is ridiculous and with buses driving on the side of the road to get ahead. It is so unsafe for both pedestrians and motorists.
