With a little teeny weenie bit more effort ...
You could’a sanded, primed and painted those like new!
Pull the doors and the dummy panel, T. P. holder and base shoe molding.

Thanks for the comment, I would have liked to refinish them fully but we did this to prepare our home before market. Made a huge difference!
