I've probably have some 10 views on this one ... That v6 sounds so good! I like the first camera angle better lets me see the whole rev counter ... That's some excellent driving by the way!
4:02 this may have very well saved my life in the future Any corner like that, that gets cut off by something, where I can’t see where it goes, I have to slow down to normal driving speed.
Nice video, I like driving twisty roads as well. I drove the turbo four, it just felt wrong in a camaro, no sound. I like the v6, you're right, not much under 4,000 rpm but then it really goes. I like manuals, but the 10 speed auto feels faster.
Very good driving. I can tell you've driven that road quite a bit. Driver mod in full display. The way back up it you were hauling ass man. I'll hit you up soon. Instagram giving me issues trying to get it started
Yes it's my favorite bit of road on the planet. This car is so well chassied with such low power you can just WOT it out of every single corner and it doesn't misbehave. Glad I went with the V6 to learn RWD before I go V8
@@CarolinaAutos I'll let you drive my car some if I can get up there before it gets too cold. I have Toyo R888r on the back too. Hope to get the 1LE swaybars put on asap. You're a hell of a driver. I could see you being an instructor on a road course.
I was reading through the forums and it's still hard to tell what the good options are. There's a Trifecta tune and an overkill or something like that and apparently they're both about the same and negligible gains. Maybe I'll get both and do some dyno runs or something for everyone
Planning to get a Turbo'd Camaro/Veloster N. What made you choose the V6 and not the Turbo then upgrade to an SS 1LE? Does the V6 push you back in the seats?
I wanted to get used to driving a naturally aspirated car again - the last 3 of my cars had turbos and it's more rewarding to eek out the performance and pay attention to gearing, corner speed, etc instead of just relying on the torque from the turbo to pull you out of any mistakes at corner exit. I've learned more about driving in 3 months in the Camaro than a year in the Veloster N. Randy Pobst recommends the turbo 4 camaro - I've not driven one but I'd bet it's a more fun street car because of the extra torque - if you want that push you back in your seat feeling DEFINITELY go with the turbo 4. The V6 has nothing below 4k RPMs and makes all of it's torque up top. It's a little faster than the turbo 4 but it never really FEELS like it is from what I gather
I love POV videos, and I thank you for making it, but the camera was too low unfortunately. I felt like a kid that could barely see over the steering wheel. Also, too bad the windows were open. On camera, an exhaust can be heard much better with all the windows shut, no radio on, and the climate control on low, or off completely. Last thing, and I'm sorry for sounding like I'm busting your chops... Way too much talking. I was trying to hear the exhaust and could barely hear anything between the wind noise and the talking with you explaining most details that we can hear and see on video. Again, I'm so sorry to sound like a jerk. I gave your video a like anyway. Beautiful Camaro 1LE by the way! No hard feelings on my end. I'd love to watch more of your videos if you made them like the Winding Road Magazine POV drives. -Chris
Thanks for the feedback. I have gone back and forth on how to film these, and it's impossible to please everyone at the end of the day, which is why there's such a variety of channels. No hard feelings
@Carolina Autos Thanks for understanding. I felt so bad after writing that, that I almost erased it. But I figured maybe the constructive criticism could help with your POV videos. I'm glad you didn't take it personally. Thanks for taking the time to make your videos. I know how long everything takes before uploading them. I will definitely stay tuned!
10 more subs to 1,000 - sub if you could!!

Right on, thanks!! I was worried people would want to see out more but I think the lower angle is better too
I buy my 2019 v6 convertible in 2 months I can’t wait!
Nice driving...brilliant review. You really capture the car hobby.
Nice car and well done.
Thanks so much!

Auto is definitely faster - but I like curvy roads better and the 1LE package is the best!
The Blue Is Dope
Check out my newer videos with my white SS!
Lol I’m in Winston and I wasn’t paying attention to your channel name until you started naming cities 🤣
I have this version and I love it. its not a v8 but its a pretty sharp car.

Anyone get these tuned? I wanna know how much you can make on a tune

@@CarolinaAutos im surprised most cars like this you can throw a tune on and get good gains out of them
@@BrayZap No you can't...it's an NA motor...you want gains? Get the 2.0t.
Was it a manual
Buying one soon- any issues or regrets?
No none. It's a fantastic car and nothing but reliable
Do you use pedal commander?
Do a video on the maro vs the veloster N. which is more fun and why?
Will do! I was thinking I'd take the Camaro to a road I've done in the N and do a side by side comparison
Interesting, it doesnt have rev match?
Nope, not on the V6. My SS 1LE does though
