xD
Title of the video should have been. Sneako debates how therapy doesn't work while in a therapy session with Dr k
2:17 My dude, he psychoanalyzed you live, on TH-cam, and you forgot? Steven 'Destiny' Bonnell, ladies and gentlemen...
Why are you cutting the drug you are supposed to take everyday?
You absolutely do not become dependent on heroin the first time I know people who used for years but they never use it more than 2 days in a row without a big gap between no withdraw
Opiate withdraw can kill you but it doesn’t typically only with complications like if you have high blood pressure it’s so uncomfortable that combined with lack of appetite and sleep it can cause heart attack or like if you’re diabetic the vomiting and diarrhea can be a problem all of that will depend on how long opiates have been used or how potent they are opioids are far more potent with addiction because we encountered opiates in nature but opioids are man made
Sneako tought he was baiting Dr.K into a debate. Instead he baited himself into a therapy session 😂
I don’t think sneako even realizes he just had himself a good therapy session
@@LunaticSqad22 is there any chance the guy uses this sort of behavior to provide insight for his viewers who might themselves be resistant to the idea of therapy, thus providing a sort of example of what it looks like for that personality type to warm up towards therapy? I just feel like dude is too articulate to actually believe what he says, and he just plays a character to present a character arc to perhaps model how to change one's own thinking. I'd be interested to hear someone else's thoughts on the matter who knows more about this world.
This reminds me of an episode of Bojak Horseman
@@thecat3507 Id guess essentially a therapy session with Dr K talking to Sneaky and doing his best to understand how he thinks and reacts to the world. With Sneako (i haven't watched the vid, but ive seen a bit of sneako and adin and the like and more of dr K) I'd imagine Dr K is doing his best to be as neutral and non-judgemental as possible, which means Dr. K talks about close to none of his own real personal opinions and thoughts in case sneako reacts badly to something random and ruins the trust dr K might have gained. It's pretty much a front, but only to be as nice as possible and try to help sneako as much as he can. Just because something isn't real doesn't mean its any less valuable. You can technically trigger happiness with a couple electrodes in your brain to dispense a couple neurotransmitters, and all your happy reactions you've ever had in your life is just a couple chemicals in your brain firing. It's still happiness no?
Just to be sure tho, this isn’t a therapy session
Baiting Dr.K into a debate is like trying to pick a fight with the nice kid in class who ends up inviting you to lunch.
and you pay him $80 an hour sit with him.
it's more like challinging to armwrestle duel an entity that can manipulate timespace and the fundamental forces of the universe at will
@@HarryNicNicholasthat’s cheap. Lol.
@@HarryNicNicholastherapists charge hundreds an hour, especially one of dr. K’s caliber.
Exactly😂😂
Every time I hear Dr.K speak to someone like Sneako it's like he uses his Domain Expansion. All his moves hit and in the end the patient is emotionally broken in a good way. Truly a Dr.K Masterclass.
DOMAIN EXPANSION: SELF REFLECTION
Stand proud sneako. You are mentally strong.
Just watched Kaisen and this "debate", what a perfect analogy 😂😂😂
I love how he doesn’t react to mockery of his profession. He doesn’t take it personally & understands it’s a reflection of the other persons state of mind. Something a lot of people can learn from including myself.
It's called empathy.
Sneako saying at the end: “I hope to see you again soon.” was a highlight and pinpoints why therapy is so important, and why Sneako could definitely benefit from spending time with a professional. He actually enjoyed the experience and was able to process thoughts outside of the echo chamber of his mind to come to more rational conclusions around his own assumptions and beliefs. And that challenge excited him enough to want to learn more about himself from Dr. K.
He and Dr. K should honestly do a series together where he does a few more sessions like this.
@eleutherae wishful thinking I think. No man, not even Dr. K could tolerate sneako for that long without imploding.
@@user-vh9ir5eq7h Oh stop it. He'd be fine. lol
Destinys audience needs to stop the hate on different people. Be more like Dr K.
@Royay I don't have hate for sneako, and while I enjoy listening to Destiny, he doesn't have any serious level of influence on me. I can look back and see a point in my life that I was likely very similar to sneako. Being unwise and young and always at risk of being captured by ideologies is relatable. That being said, people only escape their more bifercated ideologies when they've been backed into a corner by them. Not in a debate, but in the negativity sprung from those beliefs as they manifest in your reality.
With sneakos personality, particularly his tendency toward being confrontational and unironically arrogant, it would make dealing with him as infuriating as it would be unproductive.
That being said, if you're suggesting I should be more like Dr. K and less like a "Destiny fan" perhaps you should take your own advice and stop being so fucking condescending.
@@user-vh9ir5eq7h He was smiling at the start saying it made him excited.
You get upset and infuriated by Sneako. Dr K does not. It excites him to get to the bottom of the issue.
I'm not a fan of either. Just funny how much you'll say you're so certain. I'd assume Dr K has dealt with harder to crack eggs than a guy like Sneako. He talks about Heroin addicts losing their entire families... lol
Man who called therapy "cringe" leaves therapy session feeling better.

He gottem 😢
But cringe still there in sneako character
ni ga that was not a session, watch the whole video, that was a conversation about why therapy is not scam and might help some people

Doctor K is truly an amazing conversationalist. The way he was able to break through sneakos cringe character he plays and didn’t take a single debate bait. Probably one of the most important people in the twitch space.
@@christpierre thats what she said

This feels like next level internet ADHD... I'm watching destiny play a game, commenting on a video of two people talking in the corner, with another gameplay section in it and a chat in the corner.
The only thing that's missing is colorful, bold subtitles jumping around the screen.
Maaaan I ws not even aware of my ADHD-zone out until the moment I saw your comment, describing *exactly* the situation I'm presently in😭
well, I didn't notice most of those because I was listening while playing a game😂
I behaved like Mr. Sneako when I was like 15. And it was extreme levels of insecurity. I remember getting into similar discussions with nice people who refused to be baited and it just made me feel even worse that I wasn't "owning" them.
Same, i was such a cringe 16 year old
Interesting
Ew 😂
Yeah we all did lol, the only difference between sneako and the rest of the world is that he never grew out of it
It's not even funny anymore that Sneako keeps acting like a 15yo cringe edgelord sigma male wannabe and doesn't get tired of it, because virtually nobody respects him except for the actual 15yo cringe edgelord sigma male wannabes
I honestly love how Doc said, _"We'll see how high your tolerance for vulnerability is"_ when he felt Sneako pulling away a little bit. He threw in a bit of a "challenge" to his "strength" without making it obvious, and kept him engaged.
Really smart cat.
He did it again when he was saying how being able to control and be in sync with your emotions makes you stronger.
He has insane patience to be able to get this far with someone who thinks talking to a therapist is dumb because God is much smarter than humans. Because God's a real talker when you pray... Also as expected his own religion says God will never talk to you. "Since no prophets will come after Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), the communication between Allah (SWT) and human beings is limited to revelations through dreams." I figured it was like this because I was raised Christian & every pastor I've met says God will never talk to you & if you hear voices it's probably the devil lmao
Religious people are so delusional they should not get the right to vote @@frankmarano1118
@@frankmarano1118 were you raised Catholic? I never heard that you couldn't talk to God 1 on 1
Dr K skipped a grade. His brother skipped 2 I think.
Make of that what you will.
Although he did go to Harvard and say that the people there were astoundingly brilliant
The "Can I think for a minute?" line is so golden.
It makes you feel really validated as a person & that your problems aren't immediately solved by someone smarter.
You are so right
It is so useful in so many situations. In job interviews it shows you are thoughtful. With strangers cutting back on "uh, uhm, like" makes you appear smarter and more confident.
And it is probably just a healthy thing in general to give yourself room to internalize something before replying.
He needs to trademark it. Make t-shirts with it as a slogan
Leaves space for your counterpart to reflect on what they just said, too.
He has
Imagine being so delusional that you bait yourself into a therapy session lmao
😂😂 it is actually so funny
As much as Sneako doesn't believe in therapy, he's literally showing how much he actually needs therapy 😂
Dr. K is the blueprint for all healthy conversations for real. I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone as level-headed as him.
You should check out Anthony Magnabosco too. Its a slightly different aim, but he is great at conversation as well.
Its true, but he also had his downs.. When I think back to his earlier videos he was sometimes pretty emotionless and didnt show much empathy. For example in the videos with reckful.
But overall I agree! Dr. K is special and helped many ppl alot!
@@-frantsel6403 maybe that’s because Reckful was an actual insane person who didn’t need a therapist, but rather an institution.
lol no dr.k is a self confessed narcissist that breaks people down for views
he's a very intelligent manipulator and abuser
but his tone of voice tricks people like you into thinking hes good
@@-frantsel6403 He's a licensed psychiatrist lol. I'm pretty sure he knows when to show empathy and when not to. Showing too much empathy too someone that is in a very bad emotional state is not always beneficial and can lead to worse things.
Dr. K has just communication skill 100. Its insane how he weaves a conversation net and plays there how he likes.
i always recommend a book called "games people play" by eric berne, another psychiatrist, cos people aren't usually talking about what it sounds like they are talking about.
He's not doing anything special. Stop dickriding
I’m on level 1 at 23 and it sucks. I wish I could have even half of what he has. But at this point it seems unlikely. I’m out of college and unemployed stuck at home. Seems like I’m destined to be poor in communication.
Well, it's kinda his job to be able 😅 Say a patient is paranoid to almost a point of psychosis, you kinda need to be able to veer convos so it isn't a mess where the patient just mayhems over the therapist or psychologist to the point of nothing gained from it.
That's is Partly a reason say therapy doesn't help narciccists or antisocial personality disorder (psycho-/sociopathy) having people because otherone is just trying to take hold of the convo and just cannot, isn't able to see any fault in them. That's not gonna work. Other then again just plays games and manipulates, lies and excuses things, doesn't mention key things. Maybe if you are like on the low level spectrum of antisocial, very self-aware and have just the hint of emotion or just think it will make your social life better. So you will go into it earnest. It just isn't possible from the deepest ends, it will so naturally go into the lying/manipulating and seeing it all as being ok. Kinda living in this own world with codes instead of morals and suprise suprise the codes are self-serving even to others detriment.
I guess it takes two points, groups of interest (that you have to seek out, which might be complex depending on where you are) and confidence (second one can only be trained with time), some got this skill and don't even notice, others have to train themselves. If you got some hobbies and/or able to get in some other kind of group that you can share your interests and ideas and whatnot, that's a good starting point to kinda learn the ropes of socialization and all that since education can fail on that front (since that is not its main goal, more like a byproduct)@@the1stmetalhead
Dr.k is so good at soft landings, people don't like to be humiliated and would rather dig themselves deeper into a hole than admitting that they lost an argument, but dr.k makes sure that the other person's ego doesn't get hurt at any point so the pride wall that could prevent them from learning and growing gets raised.
Media people are so bloodlust nowadays, always seeking to humiliate the opposition instead of trying to make them learn something in a productive way. There's a point to be made on why some would rather do that,. It's a tactic to make your opponents lose credibility in the public eye, but it's usually painted as "I'm trying to engage in reasonable debate" when it's clearly not the goal
I feel like Sneako has such an obvious sensitivity to rejection. So to make sure he doesn't get rejected, he'll say something obviously controversial or outlandish that he himself knows will be rejected by default so he can 1, use it as evidence that the world is getting softer and we "can't have normal conversations about anything anymore" and 2, so his real feelings of pain, shame, anger or desperation will never have to get talked about because you're always argueing with the obviously controversial point he made, not with what he truly, really thinks. This way his real opinions will never get rejected.
Yup he has ADHD which comes with Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria.
@@MultiGames4You what's the correlation between the two. cause i have both as well
Man tried dragging Dr.K to a cage fight not realising he designed the cage
😂😂
FACTS
Sneako the first one in history to throw himself off the cage and through the announcer's table.
More like hes locked himself into the cage and dr K didn’t enter 😂
In 40 minutes Sneako went from "Therapy is a scam" (bad), to "it's neither strength or weakness for us to connect" (neutral), to catching himself and saying shortly after "it's actually a strength because we're stronger in groups" (good) - every single thing he supposedly 'believes' is filtered through this lens of "I'm being watched by my audience, I absolutely have to maintain this alpha persona I have put on myself".
its funny because i personally doubt he realises the contradiction, cuz to him truth is if it sounds like how he thinks it/he should sound. which is to say this sortof 'alpha' esque idea
the lens you assert is in quite good faith, personally I think its much more likely it is a grift, however the story about the 11 yr old boys saying fuck women and stuff, and his take away that they are just comfortable making edgy jokes, not that they actually are misogynistic etc. makes me somewhat more believe that he actually does believe the bs coming out his mouth. I would personally prefer the latter as it would mean there is opportunity for personal growth and in turn growth in his audience.
To me it is redundant because it is obvious he doesn't actually believe the things he says (outside of political speech) which he admits to without saying the words. I don't believe he has any question about it internally, it's just performative ignorance.
it's sad cause he knows he's grifting for money. Dr. K catches it with when he smiles. He knows that Sneako knows maybe doesn't wanna be like this but his persona necessitates it.
His little toddler stretches in his chair. D'aww, he might be self-aware some day.
It's hilarious how Sneako looked absolutely stumped when Dr. K starts off with "I am a psychiatrist but I am not YOUR psychiatrist. This is not therapy." He was thinking "but that's what I thought you did" and clearly did not understand how to proceed without Doc's guidance.
Things I learned from this: Someones response to "Why do you think that?" can sometimes give you an idea of how genuine & well-thought out someones opinion is.
Sneako does therapy on his own stream talking about himself for 5 hours every single day. The lack of insight is mind blowing. 🤦♂️

I guess that’s why he doesn’t need a therapist. So he’s right.
Comes in thinking he’s going to prove how useless therapy is and immediately admits he puts up a facade with everyone he meets and has no genuine relationships with other humans. 😂

The irony is that Sneako just likes to hear himself rant about all the problems with society. He is like always in a therapy session with himself ranting about the same problems.

Dr. K isn't magical. He simply understands people and how to be a healthy person, part of which involves being very kind and compassionate to others without being a pushover. A lot of us were taught wrongly about how to behave by our culture and dysfunctional parents but we can learn what he knows and do much better.

Dr K’s communication skills and patience is godly
i've been a carer for schizophrenics for nearly ten years, i find it best to treat everyone as if they have mental health issues, be patient, stick to the point, avoid antagonism. basically treat people lie they are five years old. but in a grown up voice of course. 😅 don't _tell them_ the truth - _lead them_ to the truth.

As a therapist, I really enjoyed this! Dr. K is definitely a master of directing conversation. I think this would be a great video for new therapists to learn about navigating treatment resistance.
That said, it is genuine curiosity and regard for the other person and not taking things personally that can help any therapist connect with others. The first can be hard to train, but it’s necessary to do this work.
Sneako has the absolute stupidest mentality when it comes to therapy but not all "treatment resistance" is this inane.
I would not call any of what Dr. K is doing here connection. It is just the illusion of connection on behalf of Sneako. Regardless of what he claims, Dr. K is therapizing here.
You cannot emotionally connect with someone you intentionally restrict from yourself and from engaging in mutually respectful relationship. Therapists definitionally do not connect to anyone unless they have breached ethical boundaries. I would call this faux-connection what it is which is verbal games and manipulation and that's what real treatment resistance is, not wanting to be manipulated and jerked around by someone pretending to connect and withold judgment. Anyone who knows a therapist outside the office knows they talk so much shit about their clients and hate a lot of them.
Sneako is an idiot and/or trolling hard. He isn't indicative of what resistance to therapy looks like. I can't believe I even have to explain this.

I think Dr. K's background as a Monk in India really helps him navigate these conversations flawlessly because it's clear he has a more profound understanding of the mind than your average Psychiatrist. He spent 7 years dedicated to understanding the intricacies of the mind & the self. That intimate understanding of the human condition makes him an amazing Doctor. He knows exactly what he's doing. I'm a Buddhist, and Dr K sometimes behaves more like a Monk than a Psychiatrist. He already knows what Sneako is thinking & what he will say. Don't know what you're going through atm but I wish you well dawg. Everybody's got something.
@@sneakers_guy5488 Thanks. It means more than you realize ♥️
Practice gratitude every day, and put effort towards non-thinking. A simple and effective book, similar to the Buddhist Dhammapada in its ideas, is "Don't Believe Everything You Think: Why Your Thinking Is the Beginning & End of Suffering" by Joseph Nguyen. I listened to it on audible.
A few lines from the book I found interesting are:
"Out of fear of the unknown, they prefer suffering that is familiar"
"Thinking delays, thoughts create"
"When we are actively thinking, we are either in the past or the future" outside of flow state.
To receive insight for whatever problem your facing:
"Be aware that your thinking is the root cause of all negative emotions, create space by removing any manual thinking;" you can do this by stopping the sentence before it finishes, the one your inner dialogue was creating - and if its a mental image imagine it dissolving.
"Surrender any how's and why's and become aware of any feeling that arises as you surrender these thoughts, and magnify those feelings of love, peace, and joy."
"The truth is always simple; but not always easy."
"Thinking is a verb requiring manual effort, thoughts are nouns, which don't come from us. Thinking keeps us alive but does not help us thrive."
Please remember what got you here won't get you there, hope this helps big dawg.

When the cameras are off.
It's hilarious to watch Sneako try to say something shocking and get a reaction out of Dr.K, only to be taken 100% seriously and asked why he thinks that.
To be fair, Sneako just explained why he does his shtick. It was very insightful and eye-opening to me about why he actually does what he does, and Dr K did a really good job of being genuinely curious about Sneako and just listened to him opening up.
I think I understand more of why Sneako does what he does. He thinks that getting NO reaction is worse than getting a bad reaction. So, he'll do whatever it takes to get SOME reaction even if it's bad.
I'm not sure how that translates to his tendency to follow who he identifies as the "alpha male" and trying to copy their behaviors nor am I sure how that translates into his behavior where he tried to be stoic throughout (maybe he was copying another person), but the above theory fits to a T everything that Sneako does in that he's trying to get SOME reaction.

@@SacredCASHcowis Dr K religious? Damn that’s disappointing
"Emotions are useless!" says the distraught kid full of emotion.
52:40 Yeah I feel same way too. None of the therapists I've ever met, were even remotely close to Dr K's skills of breaking down your defenses, of founding out the issue, of you opening up, of how to actually make feel somebody valuable. NONE were like Dr K and my expectations at first were that high. Like, if Dr K is 10, any Therapists/Psychologists (not psychiatrists) I've met were a 1-3.
Destiny stops meds, instantly starts playing games 😂😂
Truth. I just got diagnosed and now have Adderall - the games I used to waste hours a day on, I've barely played since, and instead enjoyed cleaning up the house and doing the million projects I've wanted to do for months and years.
@@christophergallagher3721 I've always been reluctant to even consider such things but as a serial proliferater and procrastinator who has abject difficulty doing all the things I need to until the last minute, it does make me think
@@christophergallagher3721Does it make u feel weird? Im scared to try adderall
@christophergallagher3721 yeah surprisingly enough when you take drugs to stimulate yourself, you no longer need video games to do it. Who would've thought

Yep. Drugs do to the chemicals in your that, what other outside factors do.
God watching Sneako engage in ANY conversation is so frustrating. He goes into EVERY conversation hyper confident about everything. But the second you ask him to justify or ask any question, he just doesn't have an answer. "Why is therapy bad?" "Well you already know that". He can just never reason anything.
Reason has escaped Sneako and will never be found again
I think what Sneako meant in that moment was that therapy is a scam or useless because people go into it already knowing their issues (“you already know that”) but just want to hear themselves talk to make them feel better. But Sneako just can’t for the life of him string together a coherent argument.
i mean 33 minutes in and its pretty clear he doesnt think anything. he's just pandering to nutjobs with the most caricaturized rightwing conspiracy takes at any point he can insert them. i seriously doubt he thinks any of this is legit but maybe he really is that guy
Because Sneako is highly unintelligent.
@@kamkoqu Why did people 100 years ago have less mental health problems simply by having religion and community compared to now?
At the end Sneako says it was a good conversation and says I need to listen to... And then turns it into gibberish. I think he realized he was about to say he needed to talk to someone like this. I think it's a little sad his facade won't let him realize a truth about himself. Dr K is so good.
Dr. K is the perfect person for this because he has a strong spiritual background. He can pretty easily contend with spiritual matters and questions without dismissing them.
Also I found it funny that Sneako said one of the bad things about therapy is having such a strong script while with god you can just be, while also going on about cleansing and praying rituals needed to speak with god 😅
Dr. K is the goat. I seriously cannot get enough of that dude.
Dr.K is great at valuing the other persons position and making them feel good about it, even if it's batshit crazy. People let their guard down when you interact like that, which in turn makes them think about their position
So I'm at the 41:00 part and it feels like the ending SHOULD be, Sneako balling and saying "holy shit, thank you, you've helped me... NOT with therapy!!!! With conversation!" 😂
As much as we're gonna clown on sneako, this honestly gave me a lot of hope. I think deep down he knows something is off. He came in saying he wants to see if Dr. K can change his mind. Usually it's the other way around for manosphere types: they have 1000% certainty they are right and it's everyone else who needs their mind changed. Kind of put a smile on my face.
Feels like I am watching a kid trying to learn learn different kind of emotions, but I enjoyed listening Sneako opening up.
Yes because he baited him into a therapy session without him even knowing it.
Bro opened up all the wrinkles in his brain nice and flat fasho.
aerodynamic af 🧠
"maybe therapy is real, and maybe I need it"
HOLY FUCK THAT WAS WILD LMAO Sneako actually dying to jump out of his skin argh this was so insane he is begging Dr K to therapise him so hard and immediately after saying that he is giggling and smiling and shit jesus this was one of the bleakest most grim things I've ever seen
Don't hold your breath 😂 as long as he's a streamer, he will never get better
He’s not actually flagging a willingness to listen here, his mind is super closed. But he doesn’t want to seem unreasonable to his audience (cause that’s what feminists and liberals are obviously) so he pretends to come into the convo with an open mind
That's not wild, that's rеtаrds falling for their own stupidіty
That moment he almost said "I love those examples because I think lots of ur viewers can relate to them" but he stopped mid sentence to not make them aware theyre being "therapeuted" along sneako.
Sneako says emotions are : Laughter and dopamine
38:31 So funny seeing sneako squirming and avoiding answering the question about what emotion he had behind that laughter, moments after saying he's more of a facts over feelings guy.
He created that trap by trying to diminish others, not understanding that he'd fall in it.
Sneako is cringe 😩 let’s see him talking to an actual adult

Watch a narcissistic red piller, washed up TH-camr, conspiracy theorist talk to a therapist ✅
Roasting therapy while going through therapy without realizing it 😂🤣😂🤣
Do you think Sneako wasn't familiar with Dr. K? You're the second person I've seen on here that's stupid enough to believe Sneako's that stupid.
He talks about getting stronger and he is to this day an absolute string bean in his tank top haha
Dr. K is a huge example of the idea to foster and not force.
Sneako realized therapy wasn't for him because he's incapable of having a conversation with a woman without trying to impress her. Which is literally the entire foundation of red pill ideology and his beliefs. It is all to impress women and receive their validation. And so he goes into therapy, doesn't get validated by the woman, and instead of recognizing it as that he writes therapy off instead.
Why is it that the people most in need of therapy are always those who are most vehemently against it?
Pride and denial. I was there, still am in many places. It sucks. All we can do is pray for him.
Dr Kaye said “we both know you’re being fake” and of course that was true. And that was so intentional and it worked so well. Because sneako felt stupid and stopped being so fake.
Already had a high opinion of Dr. K's skills but 37:26 is Masterful. So impressive.
This is the my favorite collaboration of all time the sheer difference between the 2 and the fact that they decided to have this conversation at all, is just so funny
the way doctor k actually listens and sums all the talking points is genius
Sneako using the tiktok method of random video of subway surfer/soccer/gta/etc below the actual video is so insane😂
At 36:26 when Dr. K askes Sneako "why are WE having this conversation?" For a split second there I thought Sneako was actually gonna just come clean and say "Honestly, 'cause all I care about is clout..."
Listening to Sneako talk about Islam reminds of all my relatives who cannot answer any pointed questions around their faith - jumping from talking point to talking point, without pushing deeper.
Healthiest most wholesome Sneako content to date
It's really funny seeing how much Sneako's demeanor changed into a more passive, calmer level headedness and him as he actually got to rethink some of those topics and end on an optimistic "I hope I see you again", like YEAH dude, that's what therapy is like and you didn't even have proper therapy
You'd think a millionaire streamer could find it in their budget to be in a place that doesn't sound like a wind tunnel.
"Killin em with kindness" has never been such a perfect quote.
There's just something hilarious to me about watching Sneako basically get his palm read after categorically saying that therapy is a waste of time
what, Destiny really had no idea he was a real medical doctor?
“What’s your emotion right now”
“Laughter”
How people like him have somehow accumulated an audience is genuinely worrying.
Hate to say it. But usually the audience has a lower iq
Is*
that sounds like a criticism sneako would make
Obviously, he laughs because he has no idea how to tell
Sneako from what I heard was different when he started. He wasn't as serious and even knew how to have fun. Hell I've seen a video before he meet Andrew Tate of him just making fun of him.
It's like you can divide sneako in post Andrew Tate and pre Andrew Tate.
Dr K is really good at getting his co-conversationalist to agree to a shared reality. That’s not as easy an achievement as it ought to be when discussing Sneako because normally when you let him lay out his foundational axioms and principles, once you lean on those to point out inconsistencies or contradictions in his perspective he’ll grease and massage his way out of dissonance rather than really address the contradiction. Dr K does a pretty good job of giving Sneako space to lay out his presuppositions and walking Sneako into those inconsistencies without applying any pressure that keeps Sneako unable to acknowledge the issue due to defensiveness.
Bro said “Yapping to a therapist is useless” but yapps to god through prayer
Only Dr. K could make me smile at something that came out of Sneako’s mouth.
I find this video so interesting to see how Dr K handles this with someone with a young mind and being religious, still handling well and try to get message through someone like Sneako his head
As an anxious person, listening to someone say "I'm always chill, I think benzos would be kinda boring" is absolutely unreal and beyond fortunate. All I want is to live at a neutral emotional level and it's my life's biggest struggle. You naturally chilled people are so very lucky. (I'm sure you are riddled with other problems possibly) but man. I would sell my house and Volvo for that.
Something I've come to love about Dr. K. chatting with all these "controversial" online creator people is getting to see they're just human too and have the same kinds of struggles and ego issues and hurts and wants and joys as everyone else.
Dr K is so good. I've been through so many therapists and this is the first dude I've heard, that I feel would be able to actually help me. I've spent so much money on hacks that did nothing for me.
I know Destiny incorrectly chose The Wire over the Sopranos but it’s funny that Sneako had a Tony Soprano experience with a therapist
Im hoping at some point it's made clear Sneako saying "hes already unpacked his trauma because he's an adult and is mature enough to bury his trauma," is internally contradicting.
Sneako has issues, for real. He needs a therapist.
