About 12/15 years ago an engineering firm I was at had in a company to do an H&S survey. There was a young lady that was 10! Lets just say, in a sweaty dirty workshop she stood out!! :D
*Good morning Chris , Alex , Preferred and Empire* 👌👌 Nice to get a catch up with everyone in the office and hello to them 👏👏 *Q.Why don't you use plexiglass to fix the digger window over the curved glass* ? I think any *bodies* who come into inspect almost have to find something wrong to *legitimise their own existence* .....I could be wrong though 😂😂😂😂 Preferred - that band saw is MEGA .... *I have machine envy* ! What an amazing fit those joints are ! The words HSE strike fear into anyone Alex ....it's the same feeling as seeing *blue lights* behind you ... *Project Dudley* - great process that GRP roof. *Concrete pour* - The Wrays are good people aren't they... Project Jubilee - coming along lovely ! The plaster work in *our* house has been snagged by Stevie wonder I think so looking at what you have there would be a great improvement!! 😂😂😂 *John* - old school ! I know many like him and they are all characters and their pricing is 30 yrs old ....but great fun ! Great vlog See you Wednesday....Gary 🙏 🦉

He needs to up his game big time looking like an amateur at the moment. And ktm being so defensive over his afair with mr west killed me of 😂😂😂😂 is KTM every trades version of P diddy😂
Check your insurance mate - fees for intervention (HSE) are normally covered under a management liability insurance policy or some legal expenses policies cover this within your commercial combined policy
Gedday from Tassie. Another home run! Really look forward to your Sunday videos and I watch them early Monday morning here down at my favourite coffee haunt. Have a few of our tradies here watching you now and lots of chat about different building codes and products downunder etc. One of the coffee shop regulars has gone back and rewatched everything from your channel about the aggregate side of things as he reckons you are on to a winner there. So go figure - a quick chat about a great and upcoming youtube site has a bloke chatting with his bank about financing an aggregate business in Tasmania. Maybe you should consider franchising - you know "EveryTrade Downunder"!! Keep it coming. Great stuff. Wayne
Why does everybody fear HSE. At the end of the day, it is the company directors head on the block if there was to be an accident. It is always better to be safer rather than have any accidents at work. Sadly, i have worked for a company that had 2 accidents that ended in fatalities, and both were preventable. As usual, procedures were put in place after the accident instead of before.
@Every_Trade Absolutely agree with you 100% after both my experiences. Every member of staff should always be safe and return home to their loved ones.
Actually, you can m use slate in some cases, but it depends on the context. Slates are often used as shims in construction because they’re durable and naturally thin, making them useful for small adjustments. That said, they’re not ideal for packing up steel beams in structural applications. For that, you’d want to use materials specifically rated for structural work, like metal or plastic shims, to meet building regs and safety standards. It’s not that you’re "not allowed" to use them, but it’s about using the right material for the right job!
Sorry it’s late guys. We noticed last minute there was an issue and had to re upload. Hope you like it! x

I think it’s because of the consequences of what can happen if accidents happen. But we’d just rather everyone be safe
